Video, “He said, she shred”: How Sebelius administration destroyed evidence in Planned Parenthood child rape cover-up case
Whenever pro-lifers broach the topic of former Kansas Attorney General Phill Kline’s attempted prosecution of late-term abortionist George Tiller and the Overland Park Planned Parenthood for child rape cover-up and illegal abortions, they start by saying, “It’s complicated.”
And it really is. The years-long twists and turns are the stuff of fiction novels. But American Life League has produced a nifty five-minute video that explains where we’re at and how we got here very well…

Wow…where’s Biggz? Where’s CC? Where is everyone who’s been talking about how Kline had no right to go after those records and just had it out for PP for no reason?
How can someone be allowed to shred documents in an ongoing investigation?
So many wrongs have happened with this case, let alone wrong that is being investigated, the allegations that PP covered up children who were raped!
I am surprised that pro-choicers are not equally outraged by all of this. I thought their concern for women and children would outweigh their concern for an abortion provider.
Pro-lifers should rally around this issue/case. These are serious offences that have been possibly committed by government officials.

No, it’s not complicated. Kline improperly subpoenaed records for women who were mostly over the age of consent, cases that had nothing to do with any “child rape.” That’s what got him in trouble. Even in heavily Republican Kansas, people saw the clear misuse of his office, and out he went.
The deal with PP was a vendetta on Kline’s part. His chief deputy admitted that they weren’t looking at any other entities that were supposed to report underage pregnancies. That said, if that PP was not doing what they were supposed to do, then that too was wrong.
