The owners of the building housing Germantown Reproductive Health Services, where late-term abortionist LeRoy Carhart fatally wounded both 29-yr-old Jennifer Morbelli and her 33-week-old preborn baby Madison Leigh last week, are behind on their taxes.
Todd Stave and his sister, Nancy Stave Samuels, inherited the building from their abortionist father, Carl Edward Stave, in 2000.
Samuels runs the abortion business itself. Carhart is the hired hack.
Miss Taylor of the Maryland Department of Assessments & Taxation told me today Stave and Samuels did not file their required Annual Report/Personal Property Return in 2012, due last April 16, along with a $300 filing fee. The Resident Agent listed on the form above is their attorney, Stanley Tashoff.
“This shows sloppy corporate legal etiquette,” Thomas More Society attorney Tom Brejcha wrote me in an email, “which makes you wonder as well about their medical etiquette.”
Indeed.
Perhaps Todd has been preoccupied trying to make his organization Voice of Choice a bit more effective.
