I hope everyone is having a nice Easter. Me and my kids went to a nice Easter service at church and were invited to dinner at the junior pastor’s house. :)
#5 at least a little more realistic than the tanks but I’m sure that the sniper is getting ready to take his position on the WH roof :)
Well for Easter I’d go with #1. Very apropos, nothing added and nothing taken away.
The first one is cool, but historically inaccurate. In John 20:5, John bends over and peers into the tomb; if the sun were rising behind the tomb, he could not see in the darkness. But the tomb likely had a generally eastward orientation, allowing the just-rising sun to allow John to see what was and was no in the tomb.
But, I can handle the issue of adding a little artistic license.

Easter was good for us too. My Wee Lamb actually snuggled me in church! I was really excited. Normally he’s too squirmy. ;)

On a forum elsewhere, two individuals were complaining that the LA Times had no mention yesterday on the front page of it being Easter. I mean, did they need to be reminded or were they looking for something petty to complain about? Why didn’t they turn on Fox News if they needed to be reminded?
In other news, PP got coverage galore on Easter Sunday, front page and all!!!! Thanks PA Governor :)
At our church it was standing room only, and all the kids were so cute in mini suits and dresses! Grown up clothes are so boring on grown ups, lol!
