Female abortionists share their feelings about what they do
by Kelli
I don’t even really know a lot of people who have had abortions. But I liked the experience, I found it very satisfying, and I found the patients’ stories very compelling….
I have never had a point where I didn’t think this was the right thing to do.
– Dr. Gabrielle Goodrick, Arizona abortionist
I feel saddened that abortion care can’t just be incorporated into a woman’s regular physician care [like any other medical treatment].
– Dr. S., Michigan abortionist
I can’t think of anything more important than providing abortions.
– Dr. Lisa Perriera, Ohio abortionist
I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that I am doing the right thing….
~ Dr. Cheryl Chastine, Kansas abortionist
I can honestly say I absolutely love my job.
– Dr. Dana Kusnir, New York abortionist
~ Female abortionists describe what they love most about performing abortions, as quoted by Robin Marty, Cosmopolitan, March 10

Gabrielle Goodrick:
AZ Medical Board, “Order for Probation with Practice Restriction,” Feb. 9, 2011: Abortionist Gabrielle Goodrick placed on probation for five years, after undergoing residential treatment for substance abuse. Board issued restrictions include: Goodrick required to attend relapse prevention group therapy sessions, required to submit to biological fluids collection, prohibited from taking self-prescribed medication, prohibited from consuming alcohol or poppy seeds, and prohibited from maintaining, administering, or using opioid drugs in her office practice.
Also part of Live Action’s sex selection undercover video in Arizona.
Lisa Perriera:
Abortionist at Preterm where Lakisha Wilson needlessly died from a botched abortion on March 21, 2014. Was the abortion more important than the patient’s life?
Dana Kusnir: Abortionist at Whole Women’s Health
“Operation Rescue released information documenting widespread abortion abuses at a dozen Texas abortion clinics. Among the worst offenders was Whole Women’s Health, which operates five abortion clinics in Texas. The McAllen office discoveries were particularly disturbing. Dumped in the trash were the bloody refuse of several abortions along with the names of patients and other private information.”
This is fascinating. An iced-cupcake puff piece about abortionists.
I wonder what it feel like, writing puffery about how much prostitutes and drug dealers and mafia goons love their vocations.
Hollywood loves to glamorize the lives of thugs and criminals. It seems so strange then, that Hollywood cannot seem to capture the romance of being an abortionist. Perhaps Robin Marty could pen a script.
Too bad. I was expecting Cosmo magazine to publish a deep, nuanced, thought-provoking piece showing abortionists ambivalent about the practice and even somewhat remorseful. Guess you can’t please everyone all of the time.
And…what do they “love” most?….
The MONEY !!
I hear you Navi,
If any magazine adheres to the highest standards of respect for women, its certainly Cosmo.
