Pro-life video of day: Activists help father rescue baby from abortion
by Jill
This just posted by Created Equal… brings tears to my eyes! Set-up:
“It’s got me depressed already” a father exiting an abortion facility laments. Talking to our team standing with signs of abortion victims and counseling those entering the building, he declares, “I love what you guys are doing. I want to keep [my baby].” What happens next? Watch the video!

Tears…HAPPY tears…
That gave me goosebumps! So awesome!
:)
Why are these things always so predictably scripted and poorly acted.
Sweet!
Intercession is powerful. Wow. Keep doing what you do!
Why are these things always so predictably scripted and poorly acted.
Because not everyone is as talented of an actor and screenwriter as Emily Letts.
@”Reality”
Oh, you’re back!
Continuing from our last conversation:
Hmm… Maybe you’re not religious… Let’s check.
Hopeless devotion to dated rhetoric: CHECK
Preference of old diatribe over irrefutable logic: CHECK
Struggling with cognitive dissonance in the information age: CHECK
Assessing humanity with conveniently self-serving (if not entirely arbitrary) parameters: CHECK
Yup. You’re a religious kook.
I cited at least a dozen embryological text books, and the court testimonies of embryologists, physicians, and biologists.
Abortion DOES kill a human being, therefore it is homicide (backed up by the dictionary definition of “homicide”). That given, abortion DOES victimize a human-being. Not liking this fact won’t make it go away.
There’s no war on women at all. Once abortion is abolished, men won’t be allowed to abort anyone, either. If you want, you will still be allowed to have the abortion procedure done on your empty uterus. We don’t mind, really. :)
You’re cited no facts whatsoever – you just belched out catch-phrases.
Come back when you have facts.
@Reality
“Why are these things always so predictably scripted and poorly acted.”
Why is everything you say so predictably scripted and poorly conceived?
We’ve seen your bumper stickers. We don’t need you trolling our pages with your tired catch-phrases.
Oh, you’re back! – I’m back? I haven’t been away. You however, have been noticeable by your absence.
Given the inaccuracy of your observation there, it does rather cast a shadow over your subsequent claims, none of which are demonstrable anyway.
Hmm… Maybe you’re not religious… Let’s check. – I’m about as religious as the fact I do not collect stamps makes me a philatelist.

Assessing humanity with conveniently self-serving (if not entirely arbitrary) parameters: CHECK – are you trying to write a script for a comedy show? I doubt you’ll even get a pilot made.
Yup. You’re a religious kook. – demonstrating yet again your limited powers of observation.
I cited at least a dozen embryological text books, and the court testimonies of embryologists, physicians, and biologists. – indeed you did. Would you like to check back on what I said about them?
Abortion DOES kill a human being, therefore it is homicide (backed up by the dictionary definition of “homicide”). That given, abortion DOES victimize a human-being. Not liking this fact won’t make it go away. – yet that is not what your citations demonstrated, remember?
There’s no war on women at all. – attempting to restrict, control and discriminate against women is what the republicans and their acolytes and urgers strive for. That is a war on women.
Once abortion is abolished, men won’t be allowed to abort anyone, either. If you want, you will still be allowed to have the abortion procedure done on your empty uterus. We don’t mind, really. :) – that’s a rather pointless statement now isn’t it.
You’re cited no facts whatsoever – you just belched out catch-phrases. – your distaste for the truth is not my problem.
Come back when you have facts. – given the powers of observation you have demonstrated, how would you know?
Why is everything you say so predictably scripted and poorly conceived? – well it may be predictable, that’s because the truth doesn’t alter significantly. Poorly conceived? That’s an odd comment for an anti-choicer to make.
We’ve seen your bumper stickers. – it really would be useful if you did something about your observation skills. I don’t have any bumper stickers, not one. Never have. I do have one small sticker on my rear window from the workshop which upgraded my suspension though.
We don’t need you trolling our pages with your tired catch-phrases. – you need to look up trolling. I have a long way to go to catch up with you on the catch-phrases front. And ad hominems. And strawmen.
It’s really pointless to argue with “Reality.” To him, truth is whatever he wants it to be, whatever is convenient for him, despite what the facts are.
My my, what a scintillating and elucidatory rebuttal D!
