MSNBC’S Andrea Mitchell, her reporting days long behind her, commented that the majorities in recent Supreme Court rulings had “small minds.” The reason? Because in the Hobby Lobby case, it was ruled that employees would have to search for alternative means to pay for four of 20 birth control methods. In the Wheaton College decision a few days later, the Court granted a preliminary injunction against compelling the college to act as a go-between – in effect having to issue a “permission slip” to the government so it can subsidize the employee’s birth control.

This confused Mitchell and Planned Parenthood President Cecile Richards as they commiserated over the “denial of access” to birth control. (There is also a denial of access to a new car and a vacation in the Bahamas, according to this logic.) But in reality, there is no inconsistency.

Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains has been much in the news of late.

A couple weeks ago it was revealed that its Aurora abortion clinic has abortion quotas and gives awards for “exceeding abortion visits.”

Last week we learned of a lawsuit filed against Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains’ Denver abortion clinic for not following legal protocol when aborting a 13-year-old in 2012, who it turns out was being sexually abused by her stepfather. Not only did Planned Parenthood commit the abortion and not report the incident to authorities, it gave her a birth control injection against her will, and sent her back to her abuser.

Today, Live Action released the second in its “SEXED: Planned Parenthood’s Dangerous Sex Advice for Kids” series, which exposes “counselors” at two Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains clinics – Littleton and Lakewood –  advising an investigator they thought was a 15-year-old how to engage in dangerous BDSM (Bondage/Discipline, Dominance/Submission, Sadism/Masochism) sexual behavior. 

Along with teaching deviant, dangerous behavior such as urinating and defecating on one another, gagging, whipping, asphyxiation, being leashed like a dog, and using torture apparatus, the Littleton employee encourages the investigator to violate a law banning minors from entering sex shops.

In addition, both employees instruct the young investigator about so-called “safe words.” This is where Planned Parenthood violates a well known feminist mantra, to quote Planned Parenthood elsewhere, “No means no!”

So Planned Parenthood on one hand preaches that if a man hears “no” or “stop,” he is to stop, but on the other hand maybe not. Planned Parenthood, can you explain?

Both Democrats and Republicans use adverse Supreme Court rulings to rally their respective bases, but lawmakers have a responsibility not to succumb to overheated and inaccurate rhetoric….

Simply put, the court ruling does not outlaw contraceptives, does not allow bosses to prevent women from seeking birth control and does not take away a person’s religious freedom.

Created Equal’s founder Mark Harrington and director of training Seth Drayer sat down with Fox & Friends to discuss the recent attack on Seth and intern Ian in downtown Columbus, Ohio. Saynsumthn’s Blog reports:

“We’re willing to drop the charges,” Harrington tells Fox News, “In fact, I’ve asked for a meeting with her – if she’s willing to apologize. Seth and I are both Christians, we believe in forgiveness, we’ve already forgiven her. But, if she’s not remorseful she needs to own up to what she’s done.”

To protest the one-year anniversary of North Carolina’s legislature passing a law establishing abortion clinic regulations, Planned Parenthood hosted a rally on July 10. Too bad, so sad, it rained cats and dogs…

Our next shot isn’t a photo, per se, but I’m broadening the term for this one. The ad looks so controversial doesn’t it? The City of Ft. Wayne, Indiana, thinks so.

City officials are  blocking Women’s Health Link from posting the ad on its city buses, because the website, they say, discusses “controversial issues.” With the help of Alliance Defending Freedom, the pregnancy care center is suing. Read more at LifeNews.com….
