Kwanzaa’s political roots

by Carder While taking the “best of early Chinese and Cuban socialism” — excluding, one hopes, mass murder, forced abortions, imprisonment of homosexuals and forced labor — Karenga said Kawaida practitioners believe one’s racial identity “determines life conditions, life chances and self-understanding.” There’s an inclusive philosophy for you! ~ Conservative pundit Ann Coulter exposing the […]

  • At Life Training Institute, Clinton Wilcox addresses the controversy surrounding Marco Rubio’s recent assertion that life at conception is “settled science.” The Washington Post decided to do a “fact check” on Rubio’s claim – or did they? Wilcox writes:

In order to “look at the science” on the abortion issue, Philip Bump, the author of the Washington Post article, reached out to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. This was the statement they returned to him: “Government agencies and American medical organizations agree that the scientific definition of pregnancy and the legal definition of pregnancy are the same: pregnancy begins upon the implantation of a fertilized egg into the lining of a woman’s uterus. This typically takes place, if at all, between 5 and 9 days after fertilization of the egg — which itself can take place over the course of several days following sexual intercourse.”

  • At Women’s Rights Without Frontiers, Reggie Littlejohn reports on Lili Zeng of China, who was forced to abort her first child at nine months pregnant and watch him die in her arms. She has attempted suicide three times since this horrific event. Where is the outrage from feminists and pro-choicers?

Her experience shows that full-term babies born alive after a botched forced abortion may be left to die. Her experience also shows that a woman can be forcibly aborted up to the ninth month of pregnancy with the consent of her presumed husband.

Finally, Ms. Zeng’s experience shows that – even when a woman is pregnant with her first child – if it is her husband’s second child, she can be forcibly aborted.

Using social media to save lives

I have been on Facebook for years and have added many pro-lifers to my friends list in an effort to stay current on pro-life issues. But I also try to educate the friends I have who do not know the truth about the abortion industry.

In at least four instances, I have been involved in helping stop forced abortions by simply responding to status updates or prayer requests on Facebook. These were women and teenage girls being coerced by boyfriends or parents. I responded with immediate practical help and advice to keep innocent lives from being destroyed. One of the ways I did this was to encourage them to contact The Center Against Forced Abortion, which is a project of The Justice Foundation.

by JivinJ, host of the blog, JivinJehoshaphat The Washington Post discovers that most people (including the majority of Democrats) would prefer abortions to be restricted after 20 weeks. The poll also found that only 1% of people volunteered the opinion that abortion should be “always legal” compared to 8% who volunteered “never legal.” Michael J. […]

BREAKING: Documents show NBA player coerced pregnant girlfriend to abort

2013-07-24_1145

Yesterday, MediaTakeOut.com released an abortion contract dating back to 2007 between NBA player J. J. Redick and then-girlfriend Vanessa Lopez.

I’ve had this and other documents related to that abortion for the better part of two weeks but out of concern for Vanessa wanted to make contact with her before going public.

Radicals push for forced abortion of pregnant 11-yr-old Chilean rape victim

belenIf abortion were legal in the country of Chile, an 11-yr-old girl known as “Belén” would likely still be enduring rape by her mother’s 31-yr-old boyfriend.

Belén was recently discovered to be pregnant (now almost 15 weeks) when visiting her grandmother, who alerted authorities. The truth eventually tumbled out that the bf had been raping Belén since she was seven (some reports nine), threatening to kill her and her little brother if she told.

Belén’s mother “shocked Chileans… when she defended him saying his relationship was consensual,” quoting the Associated Press.
