  • Americans United for Life praises yesterday’s Supreme Court decision, with CEO Charmaine Yoest remarking that it was “a victory for common-sense as pro-life Americans do not lose their First Amendment freedoms when they open a family business or when they value unborn life”. But the battle is far from over, as “[a]bortion is woven into the healthcare law at multiple levels, making repeal of the law a pro-life necessity.”

Embattled pro-life prosecutor still speaks out against abortion

by Carder The law flies out the window when abortion comes in the door. Without truth, there is no law, and that truth must resonate in the hearts of the people… If you put your convictions on the line in America, you can expect to be persecuted. The word ‘suffering’ in the ancient Hebrew means […]

  • Clinic Quotes shares a quote from an abortionist who admits he does “mental gymnastics” in order to perform abortions:

… I started doing abortions on an altruistic basis. I’ve done a couple thousand, and it turned into a significant financial boon, but I also feel I’ve provided an important service. The only way I can do an abortion is to consider only the woman as my patient and block out the baby. I’ve delivered enough babies, seen enough divorces, and seen enough abused kids to do abortions with a clear conscience. This may be some kind of mental gymnastics on my part, but I really feel that parenthood is so tough that people shouldn’t back into it.

  • Abstinence Clearinghouse says Facebook has decided to contribute to the gender identification confusion by providing users with a myriad of choices – far beyond simply “male” or “female” – with which to identify:

In February 2014, Facebook made the startling announcement that they would provide 58 gender choices for their users to choose from. The typical identities such as male or female, heterosexual, gay or lesbian can be found on the list. But there are numerous other obscure options such as “Pangender” and “Two-Spirit.” When this “buffet-style approach” to gender becomes available to Facebook users, it places biology as secondary and allows users to describe themselves by however they “feel like” at the time.

Planned Parenthood Indy’s BDSM pusher “no longer employed” – a LIE?

Terminated Planned Parenthood BDSM employeeUPDATE 6/13 7:10a: Planned Parenthood claims it was lying to Live Action on the call. According to USAToday.com:

A Planned Parenthood official acknowledged the staff member who took the call Thursday set up an appointment for the woman posing as the teen, even though she knew it was a Live Action operative.

Planned Parenthood staff went along with the caller’s request to meet with the specific counselor only because the agency would never tell a client about confidential personnel or employee issues, said spokeswoman Tammy Lieber.

“We knew it was a fake,” she said.

UPDATE 6/12 5:20p:  Here’s the audio.

UPDATE 6/12 2:45p: Per Lila Rose on Facebook, Live Action made a follow-up call to the Indianapolis Planned Parenthood today and was told the supposedly ex-staffer was still working there. Stay tuned.

6/12 12:11p: The first casualty of Live Action’s new investigation exposing Planned Parenthood’s proclivity to introduce minors to the dark and dangerous world of BDSM has been seen. According to IndyStar.com last night:

NEW Live Action undercover video: Planned Parenthood Indy teaches 15-yr-old BDSM

Planned Parenthood Indianapolis teaching BDSM to minor

After revealing the subject of its new investigative series yesterday, today Live Action released its first video exposing Planned Parenthood’s dangerous and disgusting practice of teaching underage girls how to engage in violent BDSM (bondage, discipline, dominance, submission, sadism, masochism) sexual activities.

The video shows a staffer at the Midtown Planned Parenthood in Indianapolis, Indiana, taking it upon herself – without being asked – to introduce Live Action’s investigator she thought was 15 years old, to the dangerous world of BDSM [warning: vulgarity from here on out]:

Planned Parenthood sanitizes BDSM websites

At some point in recent months Planned Parenthood thought to add an advisory to its “Getting Kinky – BDSM 101” post, likely after conservative news sources drew attention to it in late February. A video from that post was featured in a trailer today by Live Action, promoting its new investigation into PP’s dangerous practice of counseling kids on how to engage in torture sex.

Here’s how the site looks today, with the responsible looking disclaimer…

Planned Parenthood website and video June 2014

As Live Action noted, “[T]his is an attempt to cover tracks – the tone, structure, and overall character of the video make it clear that it is intended for teenagers.”

Indeed, here’s how the youthful site looked according to the Wayback Machine in June 2013, sans any warning…

  • Josh Brahm announces the start of his new pro-life ministry, the Equal Rights Institute:

We’re going to largely accomplish our mission through speaking, writing and campus outreaches. We’re excited to be partnering with Students for Life of America to be training as many of their campus clubs as possible. We have several books we’re planning to write. I’ll be speaking on pro-life dialogue tips as well as relational apologetics with my formerly pro-choice friend Deanna.

You can donate to this new ministry (and/or personally support Josh) here.
