  • At Live Action News, Kristen Hatten discusses “why Kermit Gosnell should be acquitted”:

I want Kermit Gosnell walking the streets. I want him free because there is nothing he did that is incompatible with a pro-abortion ideology. I want him to serve as a constant reminder that abortion and infanticide are the same thing, and it was the Supreme Court’s idea – supported by around half of the citizens of this country – that some doctors are murderers who get to be free citizens.

  • At Reproductive Research Audit, Dr. Jacqueline Harvey shows that a study which attempted to prove the safety of webcam “telemed” abortions actually shows a potentially greater risk to women:

Even if the authors could support the claim that tele-medicine (or “tele-med”) contributed to the modest reduction in late-term abortions, they still fail to note medical abortions have greater rates of complications than surgical abortions.

  • Women’s Rights Without Frontiers reports on a tragedy in China where a toddler was run over by a van when family planning officials attempted to collect a fine from the child’s family. Because of great protest in the village, the officials have been arrested. WRWF president Reggie Littlejohn encourages pro-lifers to keep shining the spotlight on this, and other, human rights violations:

Our hearts break to learn of the violent death of an innocent child, and we extend our deepest sympathy to his parents. Those responsible for this violent death must be held accountable. Too often, under the glare of international scrutiny, the Chinese Communist Party will arrest officials who have committed a heinous human rights violation. Then as soon as the attention of the world shifts away, these same officials are restored to their former positions or even promoted.

  • Reflections of a Paralytic comments on “the petty concerns of American feminists” compared to the concerns of women in other countries:

It’s bad enough that women to want to deny their femininity in the first place by suppressing their fertility and killing their unborn children, but to insist that the public must pay for these things otherwise it’s some kind of violation of our “rights” is, quite frankly, embarrassing to me as a fellow American woman and insulting to women who really are victims of oppressive and inhumane regimes.

If American feminists want to make a big deal about anything “oppressive” in our country, they should really be focusing their attention to our pornified culture and its sexualization of young girls.

  • Women’s Rights Without Frontiers marked the UN’s International Day of the Girl Child yesterday with the start of their “Save A Girl” campaign to end gendercide in China. WRWF gives “monthly stipends for a year to mothers who are at risk of aborting or abandoning their baby girls. This money helps the mother resist pressure to abort or abandon their baby girls” and also gives to “help support women who are pregnant without a birth permit and are hiding or running to escape forced abortions.”

Pro-woman, pro-life. Abortion does not help women. Real support does.
