Radical pro-abortion group plans “dramatic” confrontations next week at pro-life events in four major cities

stop-patriarchy-ut-2Stop Patriarchy is a pro-abortion group led by Communist Sunsara Tayler that believes “revolution” and a “counteroffensive” are needed to “radically reset” what it correctly sees as escalating “attacks on abortion.”

One tactic of Stop Patriarchy is to engage in “confrontational, dramatic, non-violent” protests.

Because the “war on women… is getting worse,” Stop Patriarchy is upping its game, planning protests next week in Washington, D.C., Oakland and San Francisco, California, and Austin, Texas, in conjunction with annual pro-life marches and rallies….

San Francisco afraid to enforce buffer zone ordinance; Planned Parenthood ticked

Planned Parenthood abortion clinic angry San Francisco won't enforce buffer zone law against pro-life activists

In the aftermath of the Supreme Court’s June 26 decision striking down Massachusetts’ 35-foot buffer zone law, the City of San Francisco has become squishy about enforcing its buffer zone ordinance, ticking off Planned Parenthood in the process.

San Francisco’s ordinance, which bans abortion opponents from entering a 25-foot line of demarcation around abortion clinics, is “virtually identical” to Massachusetts’ now voided law, minus 10 feet.

Now, San Francisco pro-life activists are allegedly feeling their oats and defying the ordinance by crossing the line.

Unanimous! Supreme Court strikes down MA buffer zone law

Jill Stanek prays outside Supreme Court before buffer zone abortion clinic decision; pro-lifeRead the background for this case here.

Today, in a unanimous ruling, the U.S. Supreme Court struck down Massachusetts’ buffer zone law, which banned pro-life advocates from entering a 35-foot restricted-speech zone around the entrance of abortion clinics. Read the decision here. Details, from USA Today:

The decision united Chief Justice John Roberts and the court’s four liberals, who said the distance improperly removed demonstrators from public sidewalks and spaces. The other conservative justices would have issued a more sweeping verdict, striking down the ban on grounds that it targets abortion opponents’ specific point of view….

Although the court had upheld an 8-foot buffer zone in Colorado in 2000, the Massachusetts law passed in 2007 went 27 feet farther.

Maryland county forced to pay $375k in legal fees for targeting pregnancy care centers

check Montgomery County Tepayac pregnancy care center pro-life abortion NARALUPDATE, 6/24, 10:45ap: More good news! As reported by CBNNews.com today:

A federal district court struck down an Austin, Texas, anti-pregnancy care law that forced pro-life pregnancy care centers to post messages that encourage women to go elsewhere.

6/19 12:52p: This decision should go a long way in dissuading government bodies from passing unconstitutional ordinances that attempt to muzzle the life-saving work of pregnancy care centers.

Such ordinances may hurt their municipal pocketbooks.

A federal district court has ordered Montgomery County, Maryland, to pay $375,000 in legal fees to Centro Tepayac Silver Spring Women’s Center after the pregnancy care center won its 2010 lawsuit against the county for violating its right to free speech.

NEW Live Action undercover video: Planned Parenthood Indy teaches 15-yr-old BDSM

Planned Parenthood Indianapolis teaching BDSM to minor

After revealing the subject of its new investigative series yesterday, today Live Action released its first video exposing Planned Parenthood’s dangerous and disgusting practice of teaching underage girls how to engage in violent BDSM (bondage, discipline, dominance, submission, sadism, masochism) sexual activities.

The video shows a staffer at the Midtown Planned Parenthood in Indianapolis, Indiana, taking it upon herself – without being asked – to introduce Live Action’s investigator she thought was 15 years old, to the dangerous world of BDSM [warning: vulgarity from here on out]:

Vanity Fair busts Planned Parenthood in undercover NuvaRing sting

i.2.nuvaring-death-scandal-prIt appears Live Action isn’t the only organization nailing Planned Parenthood in undercover investigations.

Add none other than Vanity Fair to the list.

I’m late reading a 10,000 word exposé in the magazine’s January issue on the dangers of a hormonal birth control device called NuvaRing.
