New Stanek WND column, “Pro-aborts lose another round to Phill Kline”
Four times in four years Wichita late-term abortionist George Tiller or Planned Parenthood of KS has sued KS Attorney General
Phill Kline or Johnson Co. District Attorney Phill Kline for investigating them. They have also filed hundreds of pages of ethics complaints, which continue nonstop to this day.
But… nothing has stuck to Kline….
Despite every attempted roadblock, the criminal investigations against PP and Tiller continue….
In this latest round, PP bizarrely asked the KS Supreme Court to let it sue its prosecutor, Kline, in a secret hearing, and the Supremes more bizarrely said sure….
But PP lost its latest lawsuit last week on all merits….
The justice writing the majority opinion, Carol Beier, an appointee of pro-abort Gov. Kathleen Sebelius, was clearly angry she couldn’t find a way to stop the decision….
Beier closed by warning that while they had nothing on Kline now, be ready for something, anything, to pop up in the future to cause the suspension of his license.
“I’ll get you, my pretty, and your little dog, too,” Brier would have written had she not feared accusations of plagiarism….
Now all eyes are on….

Ms. Stanek,
Your characterization of the local reporting was spot on. The Topeka Capital Journal, that bastion of journalistic integrity, portrayed it as a spanking of Kline at the hands of the Kansas Supreme Court. Phill Kline has been a true soldier in defending the rule of law in Kansas, and it’s a crying shame that the Republican Party in Kansas pretty much turned their backs on him. I suspect that there will be no more aggresssive enforcement of abortion laws in the Sunflower State once he’s gone.
Actually the threat to get Kiline is less than a threat. It is a threat to all lawyers that if they do wrong and get caught they can get disbarred. That is not new information. It is ethics law as usual.
xppc, this was an attempt to characterize Kline as suspect, not a generalized reminder to lawyers.
Jill, how old IS that photo of you?
Pretty darn old… about 8 years.
Another good article, as always.
I’ve done some protesting at Tiller’s and did signature gathering in Kansas for the Constitution Party and can attest to the mess that state has been in.
When the forces of good and evil align themselves it’s always the best and the worst of things until the good win out. God help us all when the evil predominate.
More and more, this country is showing signs of being a nation of opinions, not laws. Politicians and judges are showing contempt for the law, and putting their biases first. It is a bad sign of things to come under the Obamanation.
Wow, I thought it was much older.
Niiiiiice, Virginia.
I think it IS older than 8 years so I’m not really being mean. :)
The photo was taken at a CWA event in 2000 or 2001. Apparently I’ve drastically aged and changed and need to update it… :)
Ed:
I cannot let this one pass. If you are doing signature gathering for the Constitution Party, you are helping the abortionists win without meaning to.
As the CP gains in strength it will necessarily take votes from the Republicans and make it more likely that militant pro-abortion Democrats will win. Regardless of whether the Republicans are good enough, nevertheless the CP can only have one of two effects: 1) no effect or 2) make the situation worse by helping the worse candidate against the better. This is not strategically sound.
The Constitution Party CANNOT win and can only help the abortionists. Please stay away from all minor parties; they are a dead end.
By the wqay, the CP helped take down Senator Gordon Smith in Oregon (he lost by 3%, the CP candidate got 5%). They also may yet help take down Senator Norm Coleman in Minnesota. This is madness and very damaging to the pro-life cause.
Even if Smith and Coleman are not as good as we would like, their Democratic opponents are much worse and it was absolutely critical this year to save as many Republicn Senate seats as possible.
Great article about Phill Kline.
However, if by “Kansas Media” you mean KC TV stations and the KC Star (known hereabouts as the RED SCAR), it is in Kansas City, MISSOURI, which was Kansas City BEFORE Kansas was Kansas.
When KC was named, the current limousine Republicans state (IE, RINOs) was still the Missouri Territory.
Thanks for the info about Brownback. DC gets to them all, doesn’t it?
Maybe it’s time to go militant. How much longer are we going to take this.
Jasper, you crack me up. “Go militant?” Right.
Jasper, are those black socks you have on?
