It would depend for me upon other important days. Right now in my family we have 3 birthdays and an anniversary in March, so I’d want it celebrated in Feb! But growing up my parents’s anniversary is in Feb and we always celebrated Valentine’s Day, but nothing in March, she I’d want to celebrate it March 1st.
Wouldn’t that be fun..to be in your, say, 60’s, but tell people when they ask how old you are… “17”. ;)
I would imagine, since it’s just one day off, you’d want to celebrate your birthday on Feb. 28th.
My cousin, Gwen, celebrates hers on March 1.
