Pro-abortion political groups spend big in September

Emily’s List and Planned Parenthood were numbers six and eight on the list of top ten spenders in September. Combined, the two single issue groups spent just under $4 million to help candidates that support abortion rights policies….
Planned Parenthood… contributed $1 million… to [Virginia Democrat gubernatorial candidate Terry] McAuliffe, former chairman of the Democratic National Committee….
Emily’s List spent close to $2 million during the month, mostly for what appears to be fundraising expenses…. Emily’s List gave directly to at least 32 candidates…. The group’s biggest beneficiary in September: Alison Lundergan Grimes, a Democrat from Kentucky looking to unseat Republican Senate Leader Mitch McConnell. Emily’s List gave her $16,000.

Planned Parenthood is Big Business, and that means big money to influence our political process. They also have the support of celebrity millionaires, elitists, environmentalists, and others who hate the common mass of humanity and our families.
But we are a grassroots movement, and we continue to grow. We may be like China someday — a life-loving nation under a murderous government. But I prefer to imagine that we are the New Abolitionists…. our nation was overwhelmingly opposed to the slave trade, which was also held against the people by big money politics.
