New Stanek poll: Do you prefer “pro-life” or “anti-abortion”?

I have a new poll question up: There is growing sentiment the term “pro-life” has become corrupted & absconded by the other side. Should we start using “anti-abortion”? This is in line with the success of other “anti” campaigns, such as anti-drunk driving, anti-smoking, anti-meat, anti-fur, anti-slavery, etc. Vote on the lower right side of […]

New Stanek poll: Does Obama’s reelection signal “the end of a civilization”?

Poll 2.pngI have a new poll question up:

Do you agree with Michael Voris that Obama’s reelection “signals the end of a civilization,” or is he overreacting?

Vote on the lower right side of the home page.

Obviously, pro-lifers greatly miscalculated on the last poll question:

New Stanek poll: Who will win the presidency on Election Day?

Poll 2.pngI have a new poll question up, in keeping with the latest flak over abortion:

Who will win the presidency on Election Day?

Vote on the lower right side of the home page.

The last poll was interesting. I separated out responses so pro-life thinking on the rape/incest question wouldn’t be skewed.

The overwhelming majority of pro-lifers, at least visiting this blog, believe there should be no rape/incest exception.

This election season has only brought that question more to the fore. One surprise has been learning how woefully inept many of our pro-life politicians are at responding to a basic question they should have anticipated and had in their talking points handbag.

While I appreciate their stance, the other half of holding this belief is articulating it well, so as to fend off unnecessary attacks and also persuade the masses. This is obviously an issue for pro-lifer leaders to return to after the election.

New Stanek poll: Do you think abortion should be legal for rape or incest?

Poll 2.pngI have a new poll question up, in keeping with the latest flak over abortion:

Do you think abortion should be legal in cases of rape or incest?

Vote on the lower right side of the home page.

The last poll was revealing. Obviously and sadly, abortion permeates or culture….

New Stanek poll: Do you know someone who has had an abortion?

Poll 2.pngI saw a poll question at Abortioneers I thought was a good one:

Do you know someone who has had an abortion?

Vote on the lower right side of the home page.

Sadly, the response there was 100% for “Yes,” albeit only 16 votes. I still thought this was telling. How many people support abortion simply because they know someone – or have been someone- who got one?

So we know now Mitt Romney chose Paul Ryan as his running mate. But only 11.4% of you got the right answer! And somehow I think Kelly Ayotte fans skewed the poll a tad…

New Stanek poll: How will the Supreme Court rule on Obamacare?

Poll 2.pngI have a new poll question up:

How do you think the U.S. Supreme Court will rule on Obamacare?

Politico posted a piece today detailing six ways the Supremes might go. I have listed those as options in the poll on the lower right side of the home page.

The majority of you got the last question right: “How many states do you think are down to one abortion clinic?”

New Stanek poll: Which GOP presidential candidate will be next to drop?

According to news reports, Rick Perry will drop out of the GOP race for president this morning. So you have gotten it right three times now. Who will be next? I have a new poll question up: You’re now 3 for 3, having picked right on Bachmann, Huntsman, and Perry. So who do you think […]

New Stanek poll: What are your thoughts on the situation between Bishop Zurek and Father Pavone?

I have a new poll question up: Regarding the situation between Bishop Patrick Zurek and Father Frank Pavone, which also involves Priests for Life, complete the following sentence: “The evidence I have seen leads me to think…” There are 10 options listed, three for Catholics, three for Protestants, three for secularists, and one for all.
