Boycott! Just say no to Girl Scouts cookies

2014-01-31_1627

Pro-lifers have been warning for years of the Girl Scouts’ fraternization with the abortion industry.

wendy-dBut it appears we have late-term abortion supporter Wendy Davis (pictured right) to thank for inadvertently providing the tipping point that has triggered the call for a nationwide boycott of the purchase of Girl Scout Cookies, called “CookieCott 2014.”

The Girl Scouts’ December 18 tweet heard round the wafer is still up, despite the Girl Scouts’ January 29 apology, which came six long weeks after the tweet but just nine convenient days before the launch of its annual cookie sale.

Pro-life video of the day: 2014 “State of the Uterus” address

by LauraLoo In response to Tuesday night’s State of the Union Address, an abortion advocacy group continued the liberals’ actual war on women by reducing females to their ladyparts. Keynote speaker Madam Uterus (on behalf of Lady Parts Justice) speaks to the masses to reassure us that the state of the uterus is strong, despite […]

“Teen Mom 2” star defends keeper pregnancy four months after abortion

by Carder I panicked — I’d just gotten off heroin, I was very skinny and unhealthy, I wasn’t stable…. But I hope people will see where I was then and where I am now and why I decided it’s OK to keep this baby. ~ Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans, explaining the circumstances involved in her decision […]

Big Abortion’s big lies about the No Taxpayer Funding for Abortion Act

taxpayer funding abortionWorld Magazine gives the backdrop:

President Barack Obama last year told Americans he was sorry after it became clear that his oft-repeated claim, “If you like your insurance, you can keep it,” was demonstrably false.

Obama has been much slower, however, to admit fault for another dishonest claim: He secured the final votes for the Affordable Care Act from pro-life Democrats with the promise that federal funds would not be used to pay for abortions.

Pro-life video of the day: Twins saved from Planned Parenthood

twins1-620x462by Hans Johnson

Rebecca Rizzi, 24, decided to make an appointment for an abortion at the Planned Parenthood in Tempe, Arizona. “I just felt I had to do it,” she said.

When she arrived, she walked past a group of protesters with the nagging feeling they were in the right. She could hear them every time the door opened and closed. Finally, after waiting more than an hour and leaning toward not going through with it, she went outside for some fresh air.

Uproar over UT student newspaper’s use of term “pro-abortion”

20140129_152141

A reporter for The Daily Texan, the student newspaper for the University of Texas, got it right when calling abortion supporters what they are – “pro-abortion” – five times in an article about a counter-demonstration held during the annual pro-life Texas Rally for Life on January 24.

The term even made the article’s headline.

Holes found in “study” claiming ultrasounds don’t stop abortion

by Kelli [A recent] study… claimed that the vast majority (over 95%) of women who elected to see the sonogram (they had a choice whether or not to see it) chose to have abortions anyway. This seems to fly in the face of everything that pro-lifers have experienced…. One of my best friends… once drove […]
