Planned Parenthood celebrates feminism with a photobombing pink stuffed uterus

2015-02-23_1611

Planned Parenthood has partnered with “riot grrrl” feminist indie rock band Sleater-Kinney on tour to sell t-shirts, make it rain condoms, get people to sign a pro-abortion pledge, and promote the hashtag #Riot4Repro.

Despite charade, abortion proponents still running from A-word

100406ScarletARecently, abortion proponents decided if you can’t beat, join ’em, and began urging their people to counter post-abortive stories of regret with post-abortive stories of relief.

They launched the 1 in 3 Campaign and began writing articles explaining the importance of coming out.

Even Planned Parenthood president Cecile Richards finally admitted to having an abortion skeleton in her closet, claiming it was easy peasy, even if something about it kept her from sharing the good news beyond her inner circle for years and years.

Do women’s rights = abortion?

Because in some people’s minds, “women’s rights” is abortion. They think that if you aren’t in favor of abortion on demand, then you must be opposed to “women’s rights.” On the other hand, they think that if you favor abortion on demand, then that’s all there is to women’s rights. ~ Rebecca Hamilton, Patheos, December […]

Parker: Yes, a woman can be both feminist and conservative

by Kelli Only in Washington would anyone ask this question: Can a woman be both feminist and conservative? Why, yes, she can! But the question does deserve a more serious answer so women can stop fussing over labels and litmus tests to determine whether a woman who doesn’t fall in line with feminist ideology can […]

Woman “mooed” by coworkers for pumping breast milk

by Carder When she interviewed with the company in 2012, Van De Pitte told supervisors she needed some flexibility because she had two young children and was still nursing her 1-year-old son, and would need a private space where she could pump during the work day, according to the complaint. On her first day of […]

Feminist: Please, bro-choicers, talk about how great abortion is!

by Kelli The thing of it is, gentlemen: You do have a story to tell. You didn’t make the final decision, but we know that in the overwhelming majority of cases, you were intimately involved in the conversations that led up to it. You were most likely the one who drove her to the clinic, […]

Pro-choice author: Pro-lifers “chain pregnant women to beds”

by Carder … [I]f you are pregnant and you are even suspected of possibly not wanting your baby you can be arrested and chained up to your hospital bed until you have the baby. Tennessee has just enacted legislation like that. Texas has got it. A number of them have it. And it’s all right-to-life […]

House Democrats refuse to let pregnant double-amputee congresswoman vote from home

XXX DNC-HDB1504.JPG A USA NCHT to The Daily Caller for my title. From that piece:

House Democrats are refusing to allow Rep. Tammy Duckworth, a double-amputee veteran, to cast her vote for party leadership from her home in Illinois where she is pregnant and unable to travel.

Duckworth, who lost both legs when her helicopter was shot down in the Iraq War in 2004, sent a letter to Democratic House leadership requesting to cast her vote by proxy, National Journal reports.
