From CBN News comes this report on the new Healing the Shockwaves of Abortion campaign, and the reasons behind it, in the organizers’ own words:
Pro-life leaders gathered at the National Press Club just a few days before the Jan. 22 March for Life to announce that a special emphasis this year will be on the many and usually unpublicized ways abortion hurts.

I agree. People think that those who are not the woman don’t suffer from abortion. That’s not true. I know this because I tried to encourage someone I know NOT to have an abortion. I was unable to convince her NOT to abort. It was devastating to me when I found out she had, in fact, aborted the pre-born human. She may not be aware of what she’s done, she may not think about it, but I often do. I’ve had to remind myself I did what I could and ultimately I could not convince her NOT to have the abortion.
