Lunch Break: Romney abortion fairy tale
by LauraLoo
Here’s a video from 2008 showing Mitt Romney flip-flopping on abortion. According to American RTL Action:
Mitt is pro-life or pro-choice based on where he is campaigning. “Every piece of legislation that has come across my desk I’ve come down on the side of life.” Except for Romney Health Care that pays for abortion, promotes chemical abortions with Plan B, gives Planned Parenthood a seat on the Massachusetts health advisory board, and attempts to force pro-life hospitals to dispense abortifacients.

I don’t trust Romney…
Most of these charges have been shown to be false or misleading, as anyone in the pro-life world paying attention to the campaign should know. The group behind the video (American Right to Life), by the way, is a deeply misguided organization that condemns positions taken by not just Mitt Romney but also Rick Santorum, as well as Jill Stanek, James Dobson, and the vast majority of the pro-life movement. For instance, the group condemns the ban on partial-birth abortion, an effort that Rick Santorum led.
Awful decision to post this video.
I guess Mormon babies are “wanted” and a blessing, but others. not so much. Here in Ma. he wanted $50. medicaid abortions, how does a former Mormom Bishop explain this discrepancy. Reminds me of Margaret Sanger hoping to cleanse America of those “negroes”-wait didn’t Mormons historically reject Blacks as fully equal humans until recently. Where there’s smoke, there’s fire. God save the Republic from these Anti-Christs who deny Jesus as the Son of God and His Mothers Virginity. There will be Judgement if we elect this RINO_Obama Lite. Also he won’t release his tax records, I heard he gave quite a bit to his “church” and to an Islamic group-his “church’s” founder Joseph Smith had much in common with Muhammed, the koran and Islam, not much in common with Orthodox Historical Christianity.
We may be stuck with Romney. We’ll just have to grimace and bear it.
Let’s face facts. Women are much more pro-life than men. Even moreso for politicians. They see this as a concern of the “womenfolk” and would much rather discuss sports. It takes actually thinking about the subject for more than two seconds to change their mind.
Romney said he did that while he was still governor, and we’ll just have to hope he means it.
That being said, I’d prefer Santorum or Perry.
Mittens also has unleashed the militant samesex cabal on Ma. citizens via his support for gay marriage (an oxymoron). Now we have a whole slew of disgusting laws giving “super rights” to “Transgender” groups with fines and jail time any perceived bigotry. So much for family values, parents here get arrested for keeping their children out of school on the days when gay sex ed indoctrination programs are held. Google MassResistance-“Romney’s samesex marriage timeline.” He left behind a cultural wasteland-just wait till Gay marriage becomes the law of the land via the Supreme Court, just like (RVW)-and you can trace its origin to Mr. Romney’s lack of character and moral conviction.
I think some people who do not truely understand facts behind abortion may flip-flop but for a guy who is in the spotlight, should be doing his research, and is supposed to be educated…to me, it just looks like well, as the video said…a bunch of lies depending on who he’s trying to get to vote for him. :\
I don’t support him as a candidate anyway, but I do hope that someday he stops flip-flopping and stands up for the unborn.
