Lila Rose on O’Reilly tonight
Our own Valerie, host of the new blog, 2SecondsFaster.com, has been fleshing out the story of UCLA student Lila Rose, who went undercover in two Los Angeles area Planned Parenthood abortion mills and videotaped condemning evidence they cover up rapes. See my previous posts here, here, and here, where I showed Lila’s videos and then reported YouTube yanked them May 15 after PP threatened to sue Lila.
The big news is Lila is to appear on The O’Reilly Factor tonight. Lila also has a website.
Lila has been busy. She has also infiltrated two UCLA student health clinics and published two incredible underground newsletters exposing workers who lied about pregnancy, encouraged abortions, and suggested how to circumvent the law. Lila also named their school administrator enablers.

Meanwhile, Michelle Malkin wrote a column about Lila yesterday, contrasting how MSM showcases undercover journalists pursuing the liberal agenda but shuns those like Lila, who expose the liberal agenda in an unflattering light.
Jill Stanek is a nurse turned speaker, columnist and blogger, a national figure in the effort to protect both preborn and postborn innocent human life.

The explosion in coverage of this after Planned Parenthood tried to squelch the video is very similar to the “uprising” on digg.com after they deleted a posting that contained the code needed to crack HD DVDs. Bloggers began spreading the code around far too fast for Digg.com to stop them.
It just goes to show you that PP is pure sleaze! They will stop at nothing to make a buck.
That’s why I like Bill O. Who else on TV would’ve covered this….

Since I didn’t see the videos, I’d like to know exactly what she did to obtain them.
And no, it’s not always Planned Parenthood covering up for rapists. You could just as easily say that maternity wards cover up for rapists. Just because a woman was raped doesn’t mean she reported it. Geez.

I just hate it when someone doesn’t have their facts straight. The smoking gun website is only the paperwork filed and not the final outcome. Evryone knows the producer (Mackris) was suing O’Reilly on sexual harrassment because he said it on both his radio and tv show. And that he was suing the her for extortion in attempt for hush money for something he says he didn’t do.

Of course the heading says that O’Reilly settles suit but when you actually read the article, that isn’t true.

An excellent and informative post. I didn’t read this anywhere in the MSM but why should that be a surprise? However I must ask, so what if O’Reilly did sexually harass this woman? Its OK when Bill Clinton is accused of everything from exposing himself to rape. Only when Bill flashes its called “propositioning” and when he’s accused of rape, its called “a private matter”. How nice to have the media on your side. Ted Kennedy’s nephew was accused of rape after a night of Tomcatting with Uncle Ted, who one would think is a tad long in the tooth to be out romping like a college boy. No one had a problem with Uncle Ted hiring the best lawyers he could to rip this woman to shreds, nor did anyone ask why a more experienced and forceful prosecutor wasn’t put on the case.

Yes, she did great on O’Reilly. I’m glad she got in the story of the mill worker who wished she’d aborted her now 16-year-old son.
The Hannity part of the H&C coverage was great. Alan Colmes, though. Yuck. Can’t believe he focused on Lila’s videotaping infraction. That’s what he does, though. Don’t know how he can sleep at night.

I does amaze me how the liberals are more interested in the fact that one California law was broke (videotaping etc.) but don’t seem to care about the other California law that was broke. I guess protecting girls from rape and pediphiles isn’t as important as protecting her right to ‘choose’.
I agree with Cameron–I’d like to see a teenage girl do a similar experiment: going into confession and telling the priest she’s had sex with an older man and then see if the priest reports statuary rape.

As for the priest and confession. Does the priest help the girl cover up the rape? Does he help get rid of the evidence? Does he give her “protection” so she won’t have anymore evidence?
Let’s see. A priest will encourage the girl to get help for herself and to tell someone. If possible, he will go with her to inform parents or authorities. He will also give her names of psychologists she can go to that will help her at no cost (many dr’s have these programs with churches). He will do what is right for the girl. If she does not do any of this, the priest is obligated to inform the Bishop and get advice on how to do what is right for the girl without violating the confession. Since every case is different at this point, it is handled on a case by case basis. There are ways to get that girl help without violating the confessional.
Why do we talk of confession like it involves only a priest? Clergy of any faith are required to protect the confidence of confession or counsel as strictly as any Catholic priest.
