Weekend question
Yesterday, Hillary Clinton’s New Hampshire office was seiged and hostages taken by a man, Leeland Eisenberg, who turned out to have a history of mental illness and “severe alcohol and drug abuse,” according to his former wife, as quoted by the New York Daily News.
Eisenberg said he wanted to speak to Clinton, according to Newsday, “about the shortage of mental health services in his state.”
NYDN reported, “During the siege, [police] said he asked for cigarettes, alcohol and Pepsi.”
Today in the papers I cannot find one article insinuating that all mentally ill people, alcoholics, smokers, or Pepsi drinkers are potentially violent.
Yet if this same man in the same condition had professed to be pro-life and wanted to speak with Hillary about her pro-abortion views, MSM, liberals, and the abortion industry would be all over that angle.
The pro-life movment is the most peaceful social justice movement in history.
People calling themselves pro-life have murdered seven abortion industry workers in the past 35 years, all between 1994-98, but as AbortionViolence.com reminds us, “[A]ccording to the U.S. government, more janitors, bartenders, secretaries, hairdressers and cosmetologists have been killed on the job than abortionists.”
Meanwhile, Human Life International has documented more than 7000 acts of violence and illegal activities by pro-abortionists, aside from the 50,000,000 babies they have killed.
There could be several reasons why the abortion industry, MSM, and liberals promote pro-lifers as violent. Why do you think they do?

“Projection” based on a guilty conscience comes to my mind first.
I feel that the pro-aborts, deep down in their cold, unresponsive hearts, do know what they are doing is wrong.
This reminds me of a child getting reprimanded in school by a teacher, and when the teacher tells Jane why she is in trouble, Jane responds, “but little Johnny did THIS”.
MSM and liberals (most) are pro-Hillary. The question I think they are trying to avoid is this: If Hillary cannot even keep her own campaigners secure, in ONE city, how can she keep the entire country secure?
And Jill, yes, I agree that if the man was pro-life, MSM would have been all over this one. It would have been a great PR campaign for Hillary’s pro-choice agenda. However, when it comes to the mentally ill, there is no PR for Hillary in that!
Bias. Very simply, who’s ox is being gored?
If you support my cause I like you, if you don’t then I don’t like you.
Let the animal rights supporters, including actress Ricki Lake, vandalize a fur store or harass shoppers, people have actually had blood or red paint thrown on them and what outcry do you hear?
Democrats campaign in a church, polilticizing from a church pulpit and nothing is said about seperation of church and state. Imagine if a Republican did? Let a clergyman speak out against abortion and he’s violating the seperation of church and state. Let a clergyman support abortion and nothing is said.
Was anything said when AIDS activists disrupted a Catholic mass and desecrated the communion ritual?
Media bias? NAAAAAAAH
Fear. Truth is contagious.
Meanwhile, Human Life International has documented more than 7000 acts of violence and illegal activities by pro-abortionists, aside from the 50,000,000 babies they have killed.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Have you ever read that list?
It claims that the Manson murders were “pro-choice violence.”
It’s hilarious. Everything asshat Mark Crutcher has ever touched is a joke.
Jill, there is a case in my state where police tasered a pregnant woman. It’s been on the news. I’ll try to find the story and e-mail it your way. The news is making a very big deal over this. Why? Because the woman is pregnant.
Jill,
As much as I usually disagree with Laura, you do need to compare apples with apples on posts like these. “Prolifers” committed 7 murders while abortionists committed 7000 acts of violence/illegal activities is not a fair comparison. An accurate comparison is number of murders to number of murders, or total number of violent/illegal acts to total number of violent/illegal acts.
Also, how many of the 7000 acts documented by HLI resulted in charges or convictions? How many convictions have there been of pro-life protesters? (note, not arrests. Those happen frequently with no justification.)
I agree that the pro-life movement is exceedingly peaceful, and much violence is done to us by random passerbys outside of clinics. But when you make comparisons that are so overtly invalid, I feel like it hurts the credibility of the pro-life movement. Either we’re trying to hide something, which we aren’t; or we’re not too intelligent, which is also false.
Please excuse my public criticisms of an ally. However, this has bothered me before, and I doubt I am the only one.
Michael
Dear Jill,
Asshat (her term) LAURA may have just conveniently forgottne that Manson killed a pregnant woman–it is not necessary to say that Manson and co. were “pro-choice” to say that the killing was pro-choice. Oh and by the way a baby also died. Laura can keep laughing but that really is the problem isn’t it. A society that keeps laughing at the killing of its most innocent citizens and their mothers has no future. Period. Dr. Clowes of Human Life International has done us a service. Read it and weep.
Just incidentally, I well remember the Manson killings and I never recall Sharon Tate’s 8 month fetus, who died with his mother, referred to as a fetus. He was always her “unborn baby” or the “beloved son” of Sharon and her husband Roman Polanski. Sharon was described as “pleading for the life of her child”. Also, Sharon’s father referred to Sharon and her baby as “my child and grandchild”.
Before the passage of Lacy and Connor’s Law, in memory of murder victims Lacy Peterson and her unborn son Connor, its not likely Sharon’s son would have been viewed as a legal person, much less a murder victim like his mother.
Apparently the surviving family members of these murder victims, both born and unborn, did not have the good sense to realize there was no grandchild or human being, much less a murder.
Why should Karen Hill’s security costs be any less than George Tiller’s?
Because Karen Hill doesn’t kill people for a living, Somg.
Mary, I’d also like to add that when Laci and Connor went missing, that’s exactly what the media was saying. They weren’t saying Laci and her fetus. They said “Laci and Connor.” I believe that Laci’s mother would have had a conniption fit had it been worded any other way.
So, Heather, do you think Shelley Shannon was justified in shooting Dr. Tiller?
Karen Hill has never dissociated herself publically from her husband and his actions.
The very least she should have done is filed for divorce while he was still alive.
She’s an enabler of right-to-life terrorism, and as such, deserves to be killed.
“There could be several reasons why the abortion industry, MSM, and liberals promote pro-lifers as violent. Why do you think they do?”
because the MSM, etc are virtuly all liberal. It’s about power for them and their radical feminist friends.
The pro-life movment is the most peaceful social justice movement in history.
HA! Sorry, but that’s just BS. “Pro-life” people have committed murder and arson, among other crimes. Paul Hill used to protest at abortion clinics before he went on his shooting spree. Eric Rudolph bombed an abortion clinic because he is opposed to abortion. James Kopp was affiliated with the pro-life movement. You can’t just disown these people from “the pro-life movement” because you don’t like what they did in the name of your movement. They are part of your movement, and they sure as hell ain’t peaceful.
DoctorDefense, 5:11PM
What about Victoria Gotti, the widow of mafia boss John Gotti? I don’t know that she ever dissociated herself from her husband’s criminal actions, which included murder and terror. She never divorced her husband when he was alive. By your logic,this made her an enabler of organized crime. Should she be killed?
Oh, and…
There could be several reasons why the abortion industry, MSM, and liberals promote pro-lifers as violent. Why do you think they do?
Because it’s the truth.
The FACE law has helped. It actually made the right-to-life movement clean up its act to some extent.
Soon another President Clinton will sign FOCA into law, and then the RTL movement will have to focus on PERSUADING women to grow their pregnancies, rather than forcing them to do so.
because the MSM, etc are virtuly all liberal. It’s about power for them and their radical feminist friends.
Good, I’m a liberal.
Define “radical feminist.”
Laura: for jasper? “Woman who doesn’t enjoy permanent residence in the kitchen”
DoctorDefense,
An answer please to my 5:11PM post.
Well, there was that phase when Paul Hill, Michael Griffin, and John Salvi ran amok. The fact that the three of them were renegades — Paul Hill had been kicked out of his church and numerous prolife events for advocating violence — was ignored by the MSM.
Imagine if every time an abortionist got caught with chid pornography (Kabacy, Ragsdale, Chepko), or sexually abusing or assaulting patients or children (Akpolonu, Hayat, Finkel, Ghali, Reich, Ricke, Thakkar), the MSM presented it as part of a trend. People would come to see abortionists as seedy perverts. Which would be a more accurate image than the heroic “health care provider under fire”.
We see what is constantly shoved under our noses.
Hi Erin,
LOL!…..hope you’re doing well.
Laura,
define radical feminist? look in the mirror.
Really? What makes me a radical feminist?
Today in the papers I cannot find one article insinuating that all mentally ill people, alcoholics, smokers, or Pepsi drinkers are potentially violent.
The way that people insinuate that all Muslims are dangerous, you mean?
“Really? What makes me a radical feminist?”
you are for the legalized destruction / murder of the unborn.
the RTL movement will have to focus on PERSUADING women to grow their pregnancies, rather than forcing them to do so.
Posted by: SoMG at December 1, 2007 6:22 PM
The RTL movement does focus on persuading women not to kill their babies. The RTL movement can’t force anyone to get pregnant and can’t stop them from killing, and hasn’t forced anyone to be pregnant. No force is required to stay pregnant.
Abortion is the use of force to kill someone because you don’t want them to continue to live.
Pro lifers spend $10,000 on free help and counseling centers for pregnant women for every $1 they spend on political action.
Pro abortionists spend $10,000 on political action for a $1 spent to help women.
Does NARAL or NOW or PP spend their money to give out free post abortion counseling? No, that is left to prolifers or the state or somebody, anybody else.
It seems like it would be cheap for them to offer it as a free public service since according to them so few women would access it.
Which you don’t give a flying flip about. Aren’t you glad that you don’t pretend to have a clue about how to deal with the living? Someone might consider you important enough to make a difference in the living world. You might actually have to take responsibility for what you say and do.
The pro-life movment is the most peaceful social justice movement in history.
HA! Sorry, but that’s just BS. “Pro-life” people have committed murder and arson, among other crimes. Paul Hill used to protest at abortion clinics before he went on his shooting spree. Posted by: tp at December 1, 2007 5:57 PM*************************************************************************************************************************************************** TP, these are always the first people in the RTL movement that you PCers are so quick to point out. You guys have soooooo many bad abortionists. Whenever I have posted about them, you guys just shrug and say “Well, all professions have a few bad apples.” So, you excuse the bad boy abortionist’s behavior. I guess the PL team just has a few “bad apples.”
Heather,
That’s not the point. It’s unfair to point out all the bad apples from the pro-choice side, then claim that the pro-life side is saintly and peaceful. There are bad apples on both sides. That’s all.
Stephanie, Were these people really pro life to begin with? I could label myself a lot of things, but that doesn’t make it so.
BTW, you might as well say that ALL abortionists are bad apples. They are all willing to cover up sex abuse crimes on minors, and they are all murderers. So, you could say that your side is screwed royally.
Heather, I don’t think there’s any question that Hill, Kopp, et. al. were very anti-abortion. I know that some in the pro-murder camp reject the label “pro-life” for themselves because they agree that “pro-life” includes abortionists’ lives too. Others embrace the label “pro-life” and insist that it’s really only a term that applies to abortion, or that they are pro-innocent-life, or whatever rationalization works for them.
A Busy week for Pro-Choicers
Category: News and Politics
1) Abortionists with Child Porn- nothing new there
2) Abortionists taken before state medical board- Definitely nothing new there
3) Pro-Choice man gives Girlfriend RU-486 to force her to abort, nothing new there either.
4) Abortionist arrested for Medicaid Fraud – WOW- nothing new there, except he may be doing what many others are doing.
Pro-choicers and abortion clinic doctors and staff have a history of abuse of women. These current stories are just more proof of the same old / same old- where the abortion industry and those who agree with them are concerned.
Read and Puke and never forget that abortionists “Care about women” ( NOT) !!!!!
Abortionist Arrested for Child Porn
According to the Seattle Post-Intelligencer, ( Well-known Wash. gynecologist to plead guilty to child porn: 11/29/2007) , an abortionist who worked at Sound Choice Health Center in Olympia has agreed to plead guilty to child pornography charges in Washington State . George E. Kabacy, 68, of Lacey, was indicted, after a child porn suspect in Georgia provided Kabacy’s e-mail address – surgyn97@aol.com – as a source of the material, court documents show. He was scheduled to enter a guilty plea in U.S. District Court in Tacoma Late November of 2007. FBI Special Agent Ryan Bruett wrote in an affidavit that investigators traced the e-mail address to Kabacy’s home, and they also linked it to several hard-core sexual images of prepubescent children on the Internet. When they searched his home in December of 2006, “Dr. Kabacy asked what would happen to him,” Bruett wrote. “I responded that if we found any child pornography, he would be placed under arrest. He responded, ‘You will.'”
And they did, including a number of compact discs showing young children in sexual situations, Bruett wrote.
Kabacy has been on home electronic monitoring pending trial. In arguing that he should not be held in custody, his attorney noted in court papers: “Mr. Kabacy has no prior criminal history at all. Instead, he has a well-documented history of providing medical services to the people of Oregon and Washington in the face of grave personal danger. … His life history is one of dealing with adversity and acting responsibly in the face of such, not running away.”
Kabacy, who in 1988 was named the Oregon Medical Association’s Doctor-Citizen of the Year, has also given up his medical practice, according to court papers.
Jen R, true. Nice to meet you. Are you PL?
In a 1999, Phoenix New Times article titled, Trash-talking abortionist Dr. Brian Finkel has a message for pro-life zealots, Kiss My Ass, Finkle shows the world just how sensitive he is to women.
Brian Finkel states that he has a nickname for the abortion clinic where he performed more than 2,000 abortions a year. He calls it the, “Vaginal Vault.” and stated that, “this is where I do the deed.”
Finkel calls the Synevac Vacuum Curettage, abortion machine the “Super Sucker.” He told reporters that, “this is my abortion machine, where I do the Lord’s work. I heal the sick with it.”
Finkel bragged as he gave reporters a tour of the clinic:
“This is another room, where I do the nasty, as the bad boys say. When I go to the new office, I’m going to have three procedure rooms! I can hardly wait!”
Finkel is now serving time for sexually assaulting patients.
I’m the prince of the pelvis
Always trying to impress, abortionist Brian Finkel goes off in a June 17, 1999, Phoenix New Times article, Trash-talking abortionist Dr. Brian Finkel has a message for pro-life zealots, Kiss My Ass, Finkel, says he’s simply the spokesman for what he calls the “little woman.”
Finkel wants to be sure his patients know exactly what they’re getting into, so he posts pictures of fetuses–the pictures you usually see in the hands of the anti-abortion protesters–on his Web site.
Finkel also boasts:
?I’m the prince of the pelvis, the disciple of Elvis! The uptight, out-of-sight,
feeling-all-right Dr. Brian Leslie Finkel.?
Finkel has since been serving prison time for sexually assaulting his patients.
Abortionist, women will do anything for abortions
In the Phoenix New Times June 17, 1999, article, Trash-talking abortionist Dr. Brian Finkel has a message for pro-life zealots: “Kiss my ass,? Finkel boasts:
“Back in the good old days, honey, I could open a woman in less than a minute and a half. It was while I was working on the abortion floor that I learned that women will do whatever it takes to have an abortion.”
——————————————————————————–
Nice to meet you too. And yes, I am. :)
Oh, good:]
Some of you pro choicers will continue to support these sick bastards. I don’t understand. What is pro woman about this?
John Burt was a right-to-life activist who ran a home for pregnant teens called “Our Father’s House”.
Now he’s serving prison time for molesting his teen residents.
Some of you right-to-lifers will continue to support sick bastards like John Burt.
What’s pro-life about this?
You’re more likely to be molested by a Republican activist than by an abortion doctor.
I doubt that.
Suzanne Poppema- Abortion is not pleasant
In an interview with Jenn Shreve, posted in Salon Magazine, abortionist Suzanne T. Poppema, co-author of Why I am an Abortion Doctor (Prometheus Books) and a board member of the National Abortion Federation and Physicians for Reproductive Choice and Health, Poppema said, “Abortion procedures are not aesthetically pleasant. There’s no question about it.”
Poppema runs the Aurora Medical Services clinic in Seattle.
I’m the doctor here, I’ll make the decisions
An Alabama woman died following her abortion by abortion doctor Tommy Tucker. Canadian Business and Current Affairs report, Why doctors are fleeing the carnage (11/21/94), stated that Tucker canceled an ambulance that was summoned by one of his staff, and had the girl brought to a back room so she “would not disturb the other clients.”
One nurse testified that she,
“sent for the abortionist to come back in the room. There was a lot of panic, a lot of confusion. We were running around, trying to resuscitate her, trying to do everything we could to stabilize her. And the other patients that were waiting to have abortions were in the very next room.
When the doctor walked in the room, he got angry, because we were making so much noise. He told me to get that patient out of the room and take her to the back recovery room so the other patients could not hear her or us. I took her to the back recovery room. I stayed with her and did everything I could do to stabilize her, but then she started bleeding.
She was bleeding uncontrollably, I couldn’t stop it. I ran back to the doctor and I said, ‘You’ve got to help me. She’s bleeding and I don’t know what to do.’ He said to take her to the examining room, examine her, find out why she’s bleeding and stop it. ‘It’s that simple.’
When the doctor found out that I called the ambulance, he was furious. He canceled the ambulance. He told me, “I’m the doctor here. I’ll make those decisions. We cannot send this patient to the hospital in this condition. They’ll hang us. Now try to stabilize her.And I did. I tried. At this point she couldn’t talk. She was in such serious condition that all she could do was just look at me with very frightened eyes — just look at me. And I tried so hard to help her. Blood was just pouring out of her like a faucet and I couldn’t stop it.
So I ran back to him and said, ‘Please help me. If you don’t help me she’s going to die.’
He said, ‘Fine. Call the ambulance. I have a plane to catch.’ And he left the building. I called the ambulance. It took twenty minutes for them to get to the clinic. During that twenty minutes I realized that I was not a doctor and it scared me to death to realize that I was put in that position — that I let myself be put in that position — to try and save a life that I was not qualified to try and save.
So they transported her to the hospital.
I felt relieved that she was just gone and that the responsibility had been taken off of me. I then received a phone call from the hospital, which informed me that she had died.
At that point I started having nightmares. Every time I would close my eyes I would see her face. The guilt and the anger that I was experiencing was overwhelming, it almost destroyed me.”
Gary Romalis – a kind of a subterranean thing
”Abortion has always been viewed as kind of a subterranean thing. (Children) don’t walk around saying, My father is an abortionist,”’ In addition, he said, performing abortions, “is boring, it’s repetitious, it’s not particularly technically or intellectually demanding and it’s not very well paid.”
According to a LA Times article, Patients allege gynecologist hated women: 3-22-1992, a former employee says abortionist Ivan C. Namihas, “seemed to get some perverse pleasure” from inflicting pain on patients and several women told grisly tales of enduring excruciating procedures without anesthesia.
Assistant US attorney Jonathan S. Shapiro said, “The term abuse of a position of trust, seems to have been coined for Dr. Ivan C. Namihas, MD. Arrogant, cruel, and greedy, he carried out a particular form of fraud against his victims.”
It’s really bad when PP says you got problems
You must be hitting new lows when Planned Parenthood turns on you. The Kaiser Network?s State Reports, Brigham?s Profile (10/3/96) was quoted in a news report questioning a new abortion clinic?s opening.
The Lancaster New Era (Abortion clinic to open here? 02/28/03) reported that in 1991, Nancy Osgood, then executive director of Planned Parenthood of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania visited an abortion clinic operated by abortionist Steven Brigham, after hearing horror stories from his patients.
Osgood, publicly voiced concerns that Brigham’s abortion clinic failed to meet certain medical standards and employed questionable business practices.
Osgood noted the clinic accepted jewelry, watches and IOUs from patients for payment for abortions.
In addition, Kaiser reported that Planned Parenthood of Lancaster Co. organized a “widely publicized” consumer advisory “warning women that Brigham’s ads were misleading.”
Planned Parenthood exec. dir. Nancy Osgood said, “He was advertising an all-female staff, low fees and sonograms. But he didn’t have sonograms. The fees were low for a first- trimester abortion, but way, way high for later ones. And he had no hospital agreement for back-up.”
——————————————————————————–
These concerns raised by Planned Parenthood had no apparent effect on Brigham’s practice as an October 25, 1994 Morning Call news article (N.J begins hearing about abortion doc ) points out.
Abortionist Steven Brigham faced scrutiny when an abortion he performed went wrong.
According to the news report the state of New Jersey alleges a patient began hemorrhaging during an abortion procedure and it was hours before Brigham called an ambulance to rush her to a hospital where she had to have a hysterectomy.
The state did discipline Brigham, but later restored his license. It should also be noted that Brigham has had disciplinary actions taken against his license in several other
states including New York.
Cocaine, stalking – just another day
According to NY State Board of Professional Medical Conduct Case # BPMC 01-99, abortionist Daniel Holschauer had been treated for cocaine abuse and was reported to have lied on his medical applications about his troubles. Local news stated that he lied to officials at two hospitals when he applied for privileges at both hospitals, claiming he’d never had a problem with drugs or alcohol abuse. An article in the The Times Herald (01/06/01) stated that in fact, he’d been in drug rehab for cocaine addiction, which had cost him a job in 1988, and which was an ongoing problem. He was also charged with stalking abortion patients that he wanted to have sex with.
Sex fiend
According to the NY State Board of Professional Medical Conduct, Case # BPMC 01-99, on April 16, 2001 abortionist Daniel Holschauer of Warwick, NY lost his license after stalking his abortion patients. One victim alleged that after performing an abortion on her, Holschauer wanted to see her and he wanted sex.
The Times Herald Record Online, (Warwick gynecologist admits stalking patients for sex, 06/01/06 ) reported that later that same day he did have unprotected sex with a patient, a woman he’d performed an abortion on days earlier.
Then Holschauer began to stalk her, calling up, showing up. He wanted more, so he began to stalk her. An investigation showed that she was not the first patient that Holschauer attempted to have sex with.
Following surgery on one patient, Holschauer removed the gauze from her vagina and stated, “you know, I would really like to be there.” Holschauer then began to pull his pants down and the patient noticed that he was having an erection.
Holschauer then told the patient, “I just did you a favor, now you do me a favor.”
When the patient refused, Holschauer asked the abortion patient to perform oral sex, and to masturbate him with her hand. Holschauer then kissed the patient on the mouth and grabbed her breast.
Years earlier it was reported that Holschauer had sex with a post-abortion patient by giving her a pill, he told her it would relax her, then he took her back to her apartment and had sex with her.
Holschauer’s license was suspended for one year, but after only two months it was reinstated provided he adhere to the following conditions: he can treat female patients only with a chaperone present; he must undergo routine drug testing; and he must undergo psychotherapy for as long as the therapist deems necessary.
Holschauer was the placed on probation for five years.
Heather, no matter how many examples you list, you’re still more likely to be molested by a Republican activist than by an abortion doctor.
I’ll take the Republican activist.
Abortion doctor Tommy Tucker told the Atlanta Journal Constitution in a May 16, 1993 interview:
“We’re perceived as being dirty, underhanded, the lowest echelon of the medical practice.”
In 1993, Tucker told Time Inc:
“I wish I would never ever have to do another one. I don’t like it. It’s not fun. It’s not like you’re curing a cancer or fixing a broken bone. You’re terminating a potential life.”
No hospital privleges? No problem
A freedom of information act received by the Democrat-Gazette for the article, LR abortion doctor twice reprimanded by board, files show (02/26/92), indicated that in 1988 Arkansas abortionist Curtis Stover who operates an abortion clinic was reprimanded for “grossly negligent or ignorant malpractice” for performing abortions without hospital privileges or an adequate back-up physician.”
An 06/17/88 article in the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, Medical Board reprimands operator of abortion clinic Dr, reported that on a 9-to-1 vote the Medical Board directed Stover to arrange for a physician who could be called in emergency cases. One complaint against Stover centered on an abortion patient who showed up unsupervised at a hospital emergency room after developing complications.
Abortionist not sympathetic
A women who had an abortion remembers:
“The doctor said only two things to me. The first was, “Thank God I have one that is not screaming!”
The second thing he said to me was, “You were barely six weeks along,” and he left the room.
Fired abortion employee speaks out
The former administrator of a Nebraska abortion clinic claimed she was fired when she threatened to report the “questionable” actions of the clinic?s abortionist to health authorities, according to the July 26,1991 Omaha World-Herald article.
In the article entitled, Fired Clinic leader sues; doctor says sour grapes, the administrator claimed that the abortion doctor of the clinic talked on the phone while performing abortions, fell asleep while giving anesthesia to patients, and botched at least two abortions.
The abortionist denied the charges and said she was reacting out of “sour grapes” because he had fired her.
She claimed that in 1989, the abortionist “left a patient on a surgery table and went outside the clinic and threw rocks at the windows of the room the patient occupied.”
Actually, the doctors with the highest rate of malpractice suits and the highest malpractice premiums are OB/GYNs.
That’s probably why abortion is so much safer than full-term pregnancy and childbirth. Clearly all OB/GYNs are simple-minded quacks who hate women. If we outlaw pregnancy and childbirth, these quack won’t be able to prey on women any longer.
William Harrison… Abortion is birth control
In an interview on Nightline on January 11, 2006, Martin Bashir spoke with abortionist William Harrison.
Harrison comments, “I’ve had lots of patients who come in for second, third, fourth, fifth, even one who had nine abortions.”
Bashir replies, “Is that really appropriate?”
Abortionist Harrison, “If she needs nine abortions, yeah.”
Later in the show, abortionist Harrison says this, “Basically, abortion is a method of birth control. You know, it’s not the best method of birth control. But all it does is stop the birth of a baby that a woman doesn’t want at a time she doesn’t want it.”
——————————————————————————–
I respect OBGYNs. Abortionists are murderers.
Later in the show, abortionist Harrison says this, “Basically, abortion is a method of birth control. You know, it’s not the best method of birth control. But all it does is stop the birth of a baby that a woman doesn’t want at a time she doesn’t want it.”
Yeah. Your point?
Abortionist guilty of preying on women
According to facts presented during a license revocation hearing abortionist Tati Okereke was found to use his abortion practice to prey on women. Following are excerpts taken from the NY Medical Board’s case #11593 which details the activities of Okereke.
(To read the full .pdf document click here)
Documents related to the case show that Okereke did such actions as, fondling a female patient?s breast, engaging in sexual intercourse with her and other patients without their consent.
To facilitate his sexual attacks Okereke would inject patients with drugs, then engaging in sexual intercourse without the permission of the abortion patients. In one instance a patient said that Okereke said he was going to withdraw blood, but instead injected her with a drug to make her stuporous, and allegedly attempted to have sexual intercourse with the patient.
One woman testified that she could not move any muscles during this ordeal, but just kept crying, “What are you doing?”
Still another patient testified that after he examined her vagina he licked his finger.
When the time came for his case to be heard she said the doctor tried to pay her of to keep her quiet.
Other findings of the board include –
When Okereke applied for a license in New York, he lied on the application saying he had never been found guilty of professional misconduct. He also failed to disclose a malpractice case entitled: Guth v. Okereke and the Children’s Hospital of Buffalo. He also lied as to whether he had ever been charged with a felony. The New York Board pointed out that Okereke was charged with felonies of sexual abuse and bribing a witness by Grand Jury Indictment # 82-1579-502, he was initially tried and but later acquitted following a mistrial.
Okereke advertised his New York abortion offices as: High Street Medical Group and the board pointed out that he had not registered with the Erie County Clerk’s Office to do business under that name.
On March 11, 1997, The New York State Board of Regents, denied the physician’s petition for the restoration of his New York State medical license.
Misconduct Description: The New York State Board of Regents sustained the charges finding the physician guilty of abusing patients; engaging in conduct which evidences moral unfitness; practicing fraudulently, negligence, Incompetence; failing to maintain accurate records and rendering excessive treatment not warranted by the condition of the patient.
The Orange County Register printed an excerpt of an Orange County California grand jury hearing that outlines the prosecution’s case against abortion clinic owner, Alicia Ruiz-Hanna. Hanna was charged with killing abortion patient Angela Sanchez during a botched abortion. Hanna was not a licensed physician, but she beformed the abortion on the unsuspecting woman anyway. This appeared in the 08/24/93 article, Clinic owner prevented 911 call, aide says.
As Sanchez lay dying in the next room, Hanna, wrestled the phone away from a receptionist who was trying to dial 911. Receptionist Irasema Mendoza testified:
“I told her to call the paramedics. I took the phone to call the paramedics but Alicia grabbed it away from me and hung up. She told me not to call them because I was going to get her into problems.”
The women died at the clinic and when relatives of the dead woman arrived to pick her up, they witnessed Hanna stuffing the dead woman’s body into the trunk of her car.
Laura,
I’ve told you in previous posts that the lawsuits against OB/GYNs have more to do with people always expecting perfect pregnancy outcomes, and less to do with incompetence.
Thanks to all the modern day technology, OB/GYNs are expected to prophesize every birth defect and pregnancy complication imaginable, and can expect to have some lawyer looking to rake in a few million by playing on the emotions and ignorance of juries who think they’re socking it to the insurance companies who are considered a bottomless pit of money. This is one of the factors you can thank for your higher health insurance costs.
No one is certain what causes cerebral palsy, but it has existed since creation. This doesn’t stop parents from suing when it occurs.
A very dear friend of mine was a malpractice attorney. She told me of OBs being sued for performing life saving hystectectomies for placenta acreta and an OB who was sued for not properly advising a pregnant patient before she became pregnant! Apparently he was supposed to foresee her impending pregnancy.
Also, I know an OB/Gyn who’s patient attempted to sue him for a life saving emergency hysterectomy until he asked the lawyer to tell him what his alternative was, other then letting her die. The suit was dropped.
No wonder he wanted to volunteer
Meet Hideo D. Mori, all around good guy.
In addition, to his private practice Mori volunteered at a Planned Parenthood clinic in Austin, MN. It appears, however, that warm fuzzy feeling he felt wasn’t from 18 years of giving of himself to the abortion cause.
According to information brought to light during numerous disciplinary hearings, one of which finally cost him his license, Mori had more on his mind than abortions.
(Click here to read the entire Minnesota Board of Medical Examiners file)
According to the board, Mori was found to have engaged in sexual misconduct with several of his female patients. Documents state that Mori engaged in this activity for over 20 years.
The charges against Mori included, massaging the clitoris and vagina of a patient during pelvic exams and kissing the face neck and breasts of patients during exams and embracing a patient.
In addition, he told one of his patients that she should have sex with her husband in front of him so he could observe and determine why the patient was not climaxing.
Another patient told the board that during an examination Mori manipulated her clitoris and stimulated her vagina with his fingers, telling her to relax and close her eyes. He then bent down and kissed her breasts. She stated that she felt something in her vagina and asked, “What are you doing?” Mori replied, “I thought you might want to know what a penis felt like.” She stated that she did not and opened her eyes, his pants were unzipped. Mori did not engage in sexual intercourse with the patient and she continued to see him for a number of years.
Still another patient reported that Mori had been assisting her in relaxation methods that she felt would help her in her relationship with her husband. In one instance, Mori asked her to undress and he helped her to undress. He then began to hug, kiss, and stimulate her. She then noticed that he was sexually aroused and he pressed his penis against her hand on the table. He then climbed up on the table and laid on top of her and began to comfort himself with her, talking about his job and family troubles. He then asked if they could have intercourse, she said, “No.” He then got off the table, and left the room.
And yet another patient claimed that after Mori massaged her clitoris, he instructed her to get up, remove her top, go to the mirror and brush her hair. She was petrified and remained still on the table. He then told her to get dressed and go home.
After initial suspending his license the MN Board went ahead and revoked it.
I respect OBGYNs. Abortionists are murderers.
OB/GYNs are the doctors most likely to maim and kill women and babies. Is that why you respect them? Maybe you hate women and babies as much as OB/GYNs do?
Patient lays dying, abortionist gets a hem
According to an Associated Press article: Abortion clinic owner target of probe, police noted that Arizona abortionist, John Biskind became angry when the clinic staff interrupted his lunch after they noticed patient, Lou Ann Herron’s, condition was deteriorating.
Clinic employees told police she, ?suffered in a recovery room for three hours, bleeding heavily and complaining of numbness.?
The judge in the case, carefully instructed the jury that a finding of manslaughter would mean that Biskind “must have been aware of a substantial risk to his patient and consciously disregarded the risk” or that “Biskind’s conduct would cause the death.”
News reports indicated that the woman bled to death after Biskind punctured her uterus. Reports stated that Biskind was paged later in the day as concern about the woman increased.
Biskind responded, “Well, what do you want me to do? Call 911.”
The reports went on to state that at one point Biskind testified to leaving the clinic to go to his tailor while the abortion patient lay bleeding.
Prosecutors also blamed Stuart-Schadoff, the clinic administrator charging that she didn’t schedule a registered nurse for the clinic on the afternoon of the abortion patient’s death and later delayed a call to 911 after Herron’s condition deteriorated.
During an interview for 20/20’s report, A woman?s right, a woman?s risk (03/8/99), Theresa Jensen, a Medical Assistant recounted the conversation in the recovery room between the staff,
“What should we do?”
And she said, “I don’t know. What should we do?”
And I said, “I don’t know either.”
She told 20/20 that the patient was, “laying in a thickness of blood. Bleeding heavily from the waist down, to her toes. She lay there like that for three hours.”
It was then, according to the police report, another assistant went to get Biskind, who was having his lunch. Jensen continued, “She came back to me, and she said, ?He’s (the abortionist) mad. He didn’t want to be disturbed.? And then, as the day went on, Lou Anne didn’t get any better. When the last abortion was performed, the doctor punched out. He left.”
Finally, another medical assistant insisted on calling 911, according to the police report, over the objections of the clinic administrator. The attorney for the woman?s family stated, “There’s a hospital right across the street. They chose not to call the ambulance, not to call 911, when they knew she was in jeopardy.”
Paramedics were ultimately summoned by clinic staff and stated that they found the woman lying on blood-drenched sheets. She had apparently already been dead for some time.
Abortionist John Biskind arrested
Prosecutors convinced the jury to convict abortionist Biskind of manslaughter because Biskind left the clinic and then refused to return even after being told that Herron had no pulse. Herron was left bleeding at the clinic for three hours and by the time paramedics were summoned to the clinic Herron had lost 2 to 3 liters of blood nearly the total of her body. Biskind was sentenced in May of 2001 to five years in prison.
Jensen told 20/20 that, “We were told that if anybody asks what happened to say that it didn’t really happen, it’s just a lie that the protesters made up.”
Below is a portion of the 911 Call:
911 Dispatcher: 911. What is your emergency?
Clinic worker: Well, one of our patients is unconscious. She?s lost quite a bit of blood and she?s pale.
911 Dispatcher : Is she breathing OK?
Clinic Worker: No, she’s not.
911 Dispatcher: OK, do you have oxygen on her?
Clinic Worker : No, we don’t.
911 Dispatcher : Do you have oxygen available?
Clinic Worker : Hmm. Can we get it on? I don’t know if we have any in there. Could we have you come to the side doors, right on 10th street, and try not to use no sirens?
Also, I know an OB/Gyn who’s patient attempted to sue him for a life saving emergency hysterectomy until he asked the lawyer to tell him what his alternative was, other then letting her die. The suit was dropped.
No, Mary, Heather’s handful of horror stories prove that all abortion providers are bad, and malpractice statistics prove that all OB/GYNs are homicidal quacks.
Don’t argue with me, or I’ll find two dozen bad OB/GYN stories and paste them on the board over and over and over again. (People have died from SPAM overdose…)
Sorry. I just had to post some true stories tonight. Exposure is the key.
I don’t think that childbirth and abortion are the same thing anyway. Aren’t you always complaining about an aborted baby not being human? So, it’s not the same.
alcohol and Pepsi.
A Paralyzer is a great drink; vodka, Kahlua, cola, milk. Basically a White Russian with Pepsi if you please.
What’s wrong? Can’t you handle the truth?…Abortionists don’t respect women. LOL! Did you actually think they cared?
Abortionist’s hygiene – Can you say gross?
During a Kansas House Committee on Health and Human Services hearing March 15, 2005, Kansas City Police Detective William Howard gave the following testimony concerning the appearance of abortionist Krishna Rajanna when he responded to a call at Rajanna?s clinic:
?Abortionist Dr. Krishna Rajanna lacked personal hygiene. His hair was messy, hands dirty, and his clothing was wrinkled and stained. He put on old, used foot booties while we were there. In a statement to me one witness/suspect related how Dr. Rajanna was a filthy man who did not properly sterilize his equipment.”
Laura,
Sorry, but lawsuits don’t prove anything. I can give all kinds of examples of frivolous ones. People aren’t even responsible for their own stupidity anymore, they sue someone else. I know a man awarded 12 million for his drunkeness and incredible stupidty resulting from it.
I don’t deny some OB/GYNs are inept, I maintain that people see any birth or genetic defect as a potential lawsuit and insurance companies as a bottomless pit of money. Not every such defect can be predicted or prevented, but people expect that it will be.
Yeah, why don’t you beat those anecdotes into the ground.
This week the Kansas Republican leadership told campaigners to stop stressing abortion as a priority as it no longer a winning issue, and people are tired of hearing about it.
Seriously. In KANSAS!
Hello there Mary.
Laura,
Sorry, but lawsuits don’t prove anything.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
…And a few tired old anecdotal accounts do?
It [abortion] makes us all schizophrenic
Abortionist Richard Hausknecht, Associate Clinical professor of Obstetrics/Gynecology at Mount Sinai Hospital, specializes in high risk pregnancies. He opened up his first abortion clinic in New York City in July of 1970, in a building on the corner of 73rd Street and Madison, where he did thousands of abortions. He brags that women came from all over the United States because New York was one of three states that had made abortions legal.
Hausknecht sounded almost conflicted when he said, in the February 15, 1984, NY Times article When abortion becomes birth:
”It makes us all schizophrenic. Nowadays we are asked to terminate a pregnancy that in two weeks doctors on the same floor are fighting to save.”

According to Voices of Choice, Dr. Richard Hausknecht is a founding member and served on the Board of Directors of Physicians for Reproductive Choice and Health until 2004. Dr. Hausknecht pioneered the research on the safety and efficacy of methotrexate-misoprostol for medical abortion. He also served as the Medical Director of Planned Parenthood of New York City. During the sixties, Dr. Hausknecht was very active in abortion reform.
Heather,
Hello.
Laura,
Actual documented accounts, yes.
Laura, these stories are all true. If you can’t muster up any sympathy for the unborn child, can’t you at least look at how women are abused? Where is your outrage?
Besides, it wouldn’t matter to me WHO was committing sex abuse. Hang them by their testicles! I just wanted to show you guys that abuse in the abortion industry is a far cry from rare.
Actual documented accounts, yes.

Actual documented accounts are how people prove their malpractice cases against all of those moronic, woman-crippling, baby-killing OB/GYNs.

So why don’t you want to put all those quack OB/GYNs out of business. Clearly they’re crippling and killing hundreds of women and children every year.
OB/GYNs kill children? I wasn’t aware of that.
Laura,
Not all malpractice suits are proven valid. Anyone can file one. I gave a couple examples where they had to be dropped. All too often suits are won only because of moronic juries.
I know Richard Hausknecht. He’s sort of napoleonic, and he sometimes talks to the press without thinking about what he’s saying.
But you’re right, he was instrumental in abortion reform and he was one of the first to use methotrexate.
The guy I mentioned that got 12million for his drunken stupidity. A classic example of a moronic jury.
Abortion patients act like Pollyannas
Darla Patterson an abortion clinic worker made these observations on the website, Tales from the Clinic:
“People who are lost often call us on their crap reception cellular phones and shout frantically through the mouthpiece at us the names of the streets they’re passing. They don’t want to stop and ask for directions in case people figure out where they’re going or because they’re just so tweaked out about it all that they can’t behave rationally. The fact that a good number of women are cloak-and-dagger furtive about their abortions can be somewhat tirtesome (sic) in these sort of situations, even though it’s understandable. I imagine that if I could watch their cars from a spaceship hovering above they would look like drunken bees careening around and around the hive of our clinic. Or the anti-hive, more precisely.”
Issue #2 – June 27, 2003 – 8:35 pm
?The thing people most obviously lie about when they come in for an abortion is about their drug usage. It’s always funny to look at somebody’s chart and see that they claimed to have “tried some crack” three weeks before. Like it was casually offered at a party after they turned down the wine. There are the Eddie Haskell types who deny any usage until they have to sign a couple of consent forms with the word “death” listed as a complication. Some people act like they’re little Pollyannas, happily sniffing flowers that have been laced with narcotics without their knowledge. “My friend gave me a joint but it had a little sumpin’ sumpin’ (sic) in it,” this woman told me last week, trying to do her best impression of an ingenue. Due to her indecent attire and heavy-handed application of her make-up she looked more like she was doing a bad impression of some teen idol musician/actor doing a bad impression of an innocent teen in a Lifetime movie. So I guess I know a little sumpin’ sumpin’ (sic) about pregnant women who want to have abortions??
Issue #1 – June 9, 2003 – 5:53pm
Abortion patients are out of control
Abortion doctor Michael Benjamin gave this testimony before a Florida House Health Care Committee meeting September 14 ? 15, 1989:
Speaking about the typical abortion patient,
“I think it is basically a personality type who generally has her life out of control…They drift, they tend to live for the moment in terms not only of their sexual practices but in terms of their economic lives and they are people in general who don?t think beyond the moment, who don?t plan for tomorrow, and who really will take life as it comes and deal with the rest later.”
There you have it. The “typical” abortion patient. That was straight from the abortionist. I agree.
tp, if you ever return to this thread, I hope you will see that the PC side has its fair share of problems and violence.
Yes, and here are the “typical” OB/GYNs – butchering and killing women and children:
Obstetrician/gynecologists:
The average ob/gyn has 2.64 claims filed against him or her during their career nationwide. In Pennsylvania, the number increases to 3.56. Nationally, 76.3% of ob/gyns have had claims filed against them; 41.5 have had three or more. In PA, 86.3% have had at least one claim filed, while 57.4% have had three or more. During the survey period from Jan. 1999 through Dec. 2002, nationally, 49% have had a claim opened or closed, while 21% have two or more. In PA, 61.3% have had at least one claim opened or closed, while 19.9% have had two or more. Nationally, the mean number of years to close a claim is 4 years; in PA, it’s 4.7 years. (Source: 2003 ACOG survey on Professional Liability)
Laura,
Why do you care about women and children being butchered?
And I’m glad to see you’re finally admitting that pregnant women are carrying unborn CHILDREN! Not clumps of cells. Progress is being made I can tell.
Laura,
Anyone can file a claim for any reason. Where in your post does it prove incompetence or liablity on the part of the OBs you mention?
Should anyone be shocked that OB/GYN’s are sued? I don’t think there is any dispute over that. I know a couple who filed a lawsuit d/t the fact that their son, now 8 years old, suffers from some undiagnosed form of brain damage. They lost their lawsuit. They didn’t get the “perfect outcome” that Mary mentioned.
Heather, listing a few examples does not prove that the property is not rare.
To do that, you need to present numbers. HOW MANY abortion docs molest their patients?
SOMG, It looks like more than enough to me.
How many killers in the RTL movement can you name? 4? I just put a lot of dirt up there.
I wonder what will happen to Brian Finkel. The right inmate will know what to do.
To do that, you need to present numbers. HOW MANY abortion docs molest their patients?
Posted by: SoMG at December 3, 2007 10:38 PM*********************** See above, and count them yourself! I can’t do everything for you.
I still want to know why it’s not OK to stereotype pro-lifers as dangerous (and you’re right, it’s not) but it’s OK to do that to Muslims.
Jen, who exactly are you speaking to?
Jen, I don’t see it as okay to stereotype either one. It’s not “Muslims,” per se, that are dangerous. First, I’d say we’d have to sort out the extremists, the religious zealot types.
I did see an interesting poll some months back – One in four younger US Muslims say suicide bombings to defend their religion are acceptable at least in some circumstances
Bethany: to Jill mainly; there were some fairly shocking anti-Muslim comments in her recent thread about the riots, but I don’t remember offhand who made them.
