Jill Stanek is a nurse turned speaker, columnist and blogger, a national figure in the effort to protect both preborn and postborn innocent human life.
They are all great but I think my favorite is Obama calling the guy a Nazi.
What a line up! Each one nails it, but I am especially fond of the last one because it speaks to the reckless elitism that permeates today’s democratic party and the Obama administration’s mentality.

The very president that wants to turn terrorists loose, or give them “rights” and put in a prison near you, calls up his union brownshirts on American citizens who, gasp, dare to disagree with him…HIM!
The very president who’s “Justice Department” turned a blind eye to voter intimidation by Black Panthers preaches to us about the importance of maintaining democratic principles in this debate.
The very president who lectures CEOs on the evils of private jet ownership uses Air Force One to take his wife on a “date”, on the taxpayers’ dime.
The very president who sends his daughters to an exclusive private school discontinues a highly successful charter school program in Washington DC, over the strenuous objections of parents and students. What isn’t good enough for his daughters is plenty good enough for the children of Washington DC.
I like the deodorant and mouthwash one.
I like the King George one.
It was probably that same elite slave owner mentality during the civil war that the Democratic party still clings to today. Kind of like the beliefs of Margaret Sanger that Planned Parenthood still clings to today. They are not as educated and enlightened as we are. We know whats best for the common folk.
Dismissiveness and smugness are timeless non-virtues. We need more REAL virtues and REAL common sense as opposed to nonsence.
The first cartoon made me laugh.

Amen. Let’s have people who’ve run a business before and understand economics devise the healthcare plan, instead of career politicians.
All of those were very good.
I would like to have seen one about his answer to the woman at the “healthcare town meeting” when she asked him about her 100 year old, lively grandma who needed a pacemaker. (She told him they got her one with private funds and she’s had five good years since.)
His answer? “Maybe it would’ve been better if she’d just had some painkillers”.
I like the USPS one and the King George one. The list one seems to me to be playing on fear a little too heartily. Yes, we must be aware and active, but we can’t be AFRAID.

In all seriousnes and with all due respect, ‘When will it be time to be afraid?
Fear is not always a bad thing. If you are looking danger in the eye and you are not experiencing fear, then you may be out of touch with reality and the result can be catastrophic or deadly.
Courage is not the absence of fear. Courage is appropriate response to the present threat in spite of the fear.
It is written somewhere that one of the things Jesus accomplished by His death and resurection was our liberation from ‘slavery’ to the fear of death which has/had held us in bondage all our life.
It it entirely possible to experience fear and the peace of GOD at the same time.
When GOD says, “Fear not!” HE knows we are already experiencing ‘fear’. HIS voice should reassure us and encourage us immediately, but the fear may not leave immediately.
‘Fear not the one who may destroy your body, but rather ‘fear’ the ONE who has the power over life and death.’
That kind of fear is not terror, but awestruck wonder at HIS power and majesty.

Hi Carla. An amendment that would have allowed plans linked to HSAs to be considered qualified plans was defeated on the house bill. Don’t know if any similar amendments have been considered on the senate bill.

Try searching the bills for the phrase “out of pocket” and that will probably take you to the sections you’re interested in. I think the senate version has a 24% max out of pocket provision for qualifying plans.
The senate version has a provision allowing you to keep your current plan, but check out the shared responsibility payment section. They’ll hit you up at tax time if you keep a nonqualifying plan.

Perhaps I should amend my statement.
I feel that being fearful of PBHO or any other human individual is foolish. Not even Satan has power without The Lord. When we fear, it should be for our immortal souls, rather than for the vessels that carry them.
I think cartoons that play on fear of PBHO and other WH officials are of a concern because they deceive us. The Lord tells us that we are powerless without Him. It’s our job to remember that even PBHO is a part of His Divine Plan.
And even in our fear, we must always retain hope and the knowledge that a righteous soul is promised eternal salvation. No matter how hard he tries, even Lucifer cannot take that from us.

These have been my thoughts, also. I believe the so-called backing away is a smoke-screen. Make us feel like we’re winning so that they can take the battle in the end, that sort of thing.
If we don’t keep talking about it, and keep pressing the matter, we have no chance at defeating it.
I thought too that it was just a pat on the head type of thing and that they are going to go about it in a different way. Thanks for the info, I will keep looking into it.

I was just bloviating about something with which I have had very little actual experience.
‘Fear’ should not be our motivation.
I get annoyed with ‘chain emails’ that use fear in an attempt to manipulate the desired response.
It does not mean that the issue that the email is about is not legitimate, but the tactic employed to motivate people to action is wrong.
pbho is a master manipulator and crafty deceiver. B.O. no longer knows what ‘truth’ looks or sounds like. His ‘oneness’ has successfully deceived himself.
