With exceptions for rape, incest and the life of the mother, federally funded abortions are banned for women covered by military insurance, Medicaid, the health benefits program for federal employees, and the Indian Health Service. This is, of course, the result of deep religious conviction.
It’s a legal medical procedure — and insurance should cover it.

Neither is pregnancy a physcial abnormality that requires a surgical or pharmaseutical remedy.
No taxpayer should be required to pay for another persons elective surgery.

Abortion is NOT Health Care nor is it a NECESSARY “medical procedure”. Pregnancy is not a sexually transmitted disease; it is the natural end result of sexual relations between a man and a woman.
All I want to say is – Thank you, Jill Stanek, for all your time and efforts on this cause. Some are too busy with worldliness that they are blinded by selfish human needs and the mundane ‘busyness’ of life. You and others (like us) work for the ‘eternal’ cause – to stand up for millions of innocent lives lost daily to abortion :( and relying on God’s Word. God bless you, God help us all, and God forgive those who are ‘confused’ by the distortions from the media and ‘liberal’ left.

I am a pro-life blogger from Czech Republic (Europe). Maybe you will be interested that just today (3/11) one of our newspapers translated THIS ARTICLE from USA Today and issued it in rubric “View from the world”. Though, I don´ t remember ANY pro-life commentary being ever translated from American newspapers…

I saw the Czech Republic once on a TV show. The architecture looked so neat but the language sounded really difficult.
What are the abortion laws like there? Is it legal? Do women have what they need to have a healthy pregnancy instead of abortion?
