Lunch Break: Everything to me
To give us a break from the daily grind…
In 2007 award-winning Christian singer/songwriter Mark Schultz wrote a powerful, life-affirming song entitled, “Everything to me“…
… and the song has an incredible story behind it – Mark’s own story. He wrote “Everything to me” as a thank you to his own birth mother….

Just Beautiful. To the anti-life people out there…what’s wrong with this “choice”?
That’s awesome. Beautiful song – beautiful story.
See, this is what gets to me… the people who say, “Oh, I’d have an abortion because I could NEVER bring myself to give my child away!”
I’ve known people who actually look down on birth mothers and claim they must be hard-hearted to be able to part with their own children… but see no problem in denying that child its very life!
Elisabeth, I’ve seen pro-aborts complain about women who have 4 or 5 kids. My girlfriend was in a grocery store one day with her 5 kids. She was telling me that a lot of people were staring at her. An elderly woman actually approached and said, “I hope you’ve gotten your tubes tied.” Another woman I know has 8, and she goes through the same stuff. I believe that a lot of people ASSUME that these women are on welfare. I’ve also heard people say things like “breeders, hillbillies, and welfare suckers.”….What ignorance! Now that my tax dollars will begin funding abortions, I will in fact begin to call those women “welfare suckers.” What’s good for the goose is always good for the gander!!!
Sorry about the triple post. Plese delete. And let me remind the PC side that a woman can have as many kids as she likes. It’s called our Choice!!!
Mark Schultz always knows how to make me cry. Letters from War, Walking Her Home and now this!
Okay, I’m a puddle of tears after those videos. What an amazing song, and what a testimony for life. Birth mothers are unsung heroes in our society.
Women and girls need to be encouraged to believe that they can give life and then give that new little life into a waiting family.
God bless Mark and God bless this song. May it reach the ears and hearts of expecting mothers all over this country and move them towards LIFE!

Has anyone criticized this choice? It’s not for everyone, but it’s nice when it works out.
There are forces which want to discredit the Catholic Church because She alone stands in the way o a New World Order where abortion is enshrined as a “fundamental right.”
