WAHAHAHA!!!!! Are you kidding me lol Do you know the survival rate of the low income parts of India? Smokes are the least of this kids worries. You know it’s only rich white people across the world who worry about smoking, because they have none of the worries of the rest of the world to contend with… like starvation, dehydration, disease, parasites, and local racial and political genocide of course. As for his parents, I have seen this kid all over the net and he is one of like 12 siblings and his internet smoking has raised a huge amount of money for the family. Who says poor countries need birth control…
