@ 0:48, you can see something behind the baby… it’s got to be a little person’s arms/hands, because a baby of that age would not have the dexterity in his fingers to do this..

Doesn’t look real to me at all. Looks like they super imposed a baby’s head on a dwarf’s body. It doesn’t look like a baby’s body.
Probably a partial puter-animation of arms and fingers. The little kid is hitting mostly the correct strings with the right hand. But he is not hitting all the notes playing along with the song track. That’s a hard job even with animation. Of course he’s not doing the actual fretwork. His left hand fingers aren’t positioned correctly to produce tone, but are moving to the beat pretty well. The cool part is that he moves his hand down the fretboard right on cue with the music. It’s a great ad film. (Ya, I play guitar.)
