Sure, and men need to take more responsibility for child raising and keeping the household, etc. But ithere seems to be a perception that isn’t “manly” or whatever. It’s stupid, but it exists. I would like to see a man being an active presence and parenting his child made to seem as unremarkable as a woman doing it. Maybe then I wouldn’t get people saying “oh, how often do you babysit your kids?” when I have full custody and have always been the parent who was hands on with them.

A commenter on another site said the guy didn’t seem “manly”. I can’t imagine a better job than being a “Mr. Mom”.
The idea of a father “babysitting” his own children = one of my pet peeves. It’s called parenting. God bless all the hands on dads out there!
