Pro-life video of the day: Pro-lifer bests MSNBC interviewer
by LauraLoo
On January 26, MSNBC interviewed Ryan Bomberger, co-founder of The Radiance Foundation and creator of the site TooManyAborted.com, about Friday’s March for Life.
Watch a media-savvy pro-lifer in action: See Ryan aptly rebut host Craig Melvin’s attempts to derail the conversation, first on an inaccurate poll, then on guns, and finally on a pro-life bill in New Mexico. Ryan later told Jill part of his research for the interview involved watching MSNBC the night before.
Ryan offers a unique and personal perspective given that he was conceived in rape, his mother chose to carry him to term, and he was adopted by a family who raised him:

Ryan did a great job representing the movement. He could teach a few politicians a thing or two.

”part of his research for the interview involved watching MSNBC the night before.”
Poor guy.
Brilliant!
Handled it like a pro (which he is). It’s amazing what lengths MSNBC goes to to try to distract from the issue of abortion. Kudos to Ryan for calling them on it!
Thank you, Laura Loo!!!
Yay, Ryan!!! Tell the truth!!! We could all learn from him.
Go Ryan !!! AWESOME!!! Handled like the true pro that you are. Thanks for sharing this. Woo Hoo!!!
Hope it’s just my computer but video stopped after 40 seconds saying “Error.”
One day, we are going to look back on legal abortion like we do now with slavery……with disgust and shock that it was ever legal and acceptable in this Great Nation.
Go Ryan! Looks like Craig Melvin couldn’t wait to end that interview.
(It boggles the mind that *someone* can comment that adoption is not a viable alternative to abortion on a blog post regarding Ryan Bomberger of all people. Hopefully she’ll discover that viable does not mean common/popular.)
Praise god for the young, soft/bold spoken such as Ryan! Praising God for his witness, all-around classiness and that his mother chose LIFE!!
*swoon*
Denise, are you a reporter for MSNBC? You’re employing the same tactics (and this is not the first time)…
Obviously, it is not an acceptable option for multitudes of women at the present time.
What isn’t acceptable is killing a child.
Number One: Ryan’s hot.
Number Two: Do us all a favor, Ryan, and get thee to DC and hold marathon workshops with pro-life senators and representatives. Topic: how to handle a pro-life interview with the opposition.
Laura Loo,
Okay, so they had this interview on a Saturday? Did someone tip them off not to interview Ryan during the week? or during prime time?…Ryan didn’t even allow squirming room…bet nobody expected him to bring up Gosnell…! It may be a while before the media tries to cross swords with this man again!! How perfect that Craig Melvin is black!!! Perhaps this was his “wake-up call”…
The most ridiculous part is when Ryan mentions the % of black babies that are aborted in NY and Craig stumbles and says he doubts Ryan’s numbers because he hasn’t “seen that poll“. Pfft.
Lrning, yeah, as if, to get that percentage, they went up to black women and asked, “did you give birth to a baby or have an abortion this year?”
Does anyone believe the essay I referenced above explains why so few women choose adoption?
Or does that essay overlook an important point?
What a gifted young prolifer Ryan is.
He is fearless in speaking the truth and knows the issues inside and out and effectively verbalizes them. Prayers that his ministry spreads far and wide.
That was FANTASTIC!!!
BAM!!
Number One: Ryan’s hot.
I was thinking that, too (gives cougar purrrrrrrrr). But sadly, he’s married (sheathes claws).
Excellent, Ryan!!!
I thought it was interesting that when Craig mentioned his concern about the NY city abortion rates, that he referred to them as a poll: “I hadn’t seen that poll”. To be fair to Craig, he might be hung up in election-speak. Wonder if Craig would be open to further discussion?
I was disappointed with the end-of-march shot which was incredibly misleading since the actual demonstration was huge. I’m curious about the reaction from regular MSNBC viewers.
Ryan toasted this guy who thought he had a sure gotcha. No doubt, having a black interviewer show up the black pro-lifer was the plan. They underestimated Bomberger and the prolife cause. Sometimes truth is enough to win!
Gotta love Ryan’s smile at the end when he knew the interviewer was retreating! Ryan was in superb command of the facts!
So much for all those who say people who were conceived in rape can be aborted and it’s an ok exception. Ryan is exhibit A for how valuable every person is, regardless of their conception. I’m so glad he’s speaking, and I pray the black community wakes up to the genocide of A-A babies. The killing must stop!!
Actually, the 60% statistic Ryan cited came from the NYC Health Department in 2010: http://www.nytimes.com/2011/01/07/nyregion/07abortion.html?_r=1
Love Ryan. MSNBC just doesn’t know what to do with an intelligent, articulate pro-life male!
And didn’t the interviewer call the 60% part of a poll? What the?!?
So well spoken and calm and collected. We need more like you.
LOVE IT! MSNBC, De-BUNKED!
wow. You’re not kidding we need him all over the place…He was awesome!
Does anyone have a video of Ryan’s speech at DC Walk for Life? I would love to hear it. If so someone please post it along with any other good speeches Fr. Frank Pavone, Dr. Alveda King, Lila Rose, Star Parker, Paul Ryan, etc.

ahh objective reporting. What a joke. That reporter was clearly getting fed up with Ryan and getting defensive! Score one more for life!
