(Not so) Pro-life vid of day: Vegan believes infanticide “is okay”

Created Equal’s Director of Campus Outreach Jami Beer had a conversation with a self-professed vegan/vegetarian at the University of Florida who simply saw a “collection of cells” when she viewed images of an aborted 15-week-old human fetus. She then went on to say that she believes even infanticide is acceptable:

Jill Stanek is a nurse turned speaker, columnist and blogger, a national figure in the effort to protect both preborn and postborn innocent human life.
This sort of self-inflicted moral blindness comes from justifying one’s past decisions to oneself, day after day.
Meanwhile, the vegan-faith is probably some unconscious effort to atone for past mistakes.
Many are vegan / vegetarian out of concern with inhumane factory farming methods that amount to animal torture. And, of course, they do not want an animal to suffer and die so they shall live. It would be supremely ironic if she put the rights of unborn animals above the rights of an unborn human.
