They need to kill the bill no matter what the abortion language is.

That is absolutely false. Stupak stipulates that public funds WILL be used to pay for abortions.
Just not as many abortions as most of the Democrats want to pay for. It is “pay for a lot of abortions” or “pay for some abortions.” To say that it stipulates that NO funds will pay for abortions is factually false. Stupak is not pro-life, and neither is his amendment.
