Fr. Frank Pavone explains suction and dismemberment abortions
by Bethany Kerr
I received an email today informing me of these two videos, explaining the processes of dismemberment abortion and suction abortion.
Frank Pavone does a terrific job explaining the processes involved in these abortion processes, in a clear and straightforward manner I think everyone can understand.
I hope that these videos will be beneficial to viewers. If you find them helpful, please forward them to your friends, and family.

I don’t know Bethany… I think I’d need more information before trying it at home.
I guess you make a good point, Jess. Maybe I should have clarified that this was for educational purposes of the pro-life community, and not for purposes of trying it at home.
Sounds painful. If I were in a position where I was considering abortion, if I couldn’t get a medicated abortion and had to have a more invasive procedure I think I wouldn’t do it. I think medicated abortion (the abortion pill) is in a lot of ways better because of the fact that it is described as more natural, like a miscarriage, and can be done in the privacy of your own home.
Bethany, I guess my first comment was mean, I’m sorry. It is a very good, informative video and I appreciate you posting it. It has been awhile since I’ve heard the procedure described and I should know exactly what I’m fighting for.

I can’t even watch these videos. Jess, an at-home abortion sounds awful to me. Do you know anyone who has gone through it? Would they do it again?
It’s not always a predictable process, right? Wouldn’t it be hard to live in a place knowing your own baby had died there?
No I don’t know anyone who tried to give themselves an at home abortion and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I’m assuming losing a pregnancy is different for everyone, wether it was from a medicated abortion or miscarriage. I’ve known people who miscarried naturally and it didn’t seem to bother them, and I know people who aborted and it didn’t seem to bother them. I also know people who were very traumatized by both.
I think you should at least try to watch it. Know exactly what it is. Knowledge is power.

Jess..I have to diagree…there is no such thing as “better” way to abort…my wife miscarried (natural) our baby a month ago and we had to go back and forth to the ER coz she was bleeding so badly…the shock and depression of losing a child is still with us…
“not my will, but Yours be done, O Lord ”
That wasn’t an abortion and of course it must have shocked you if weren’t expecting it. I’m sorry for your loss.
I guess I’m saying..abortion or not..there is no such thing as a “better” way to lose a baby…
RSD,
I am so very sorry.
RSD, I am so sorry for your loss!!
Thank you for the sympathy, ladies…it’s a little difficult for me to bring this out w/o remembering the emotions associated with the traumatic events….so I’ll stop now…
*hug* RSD, my sympathies, thoughts, and prayers go out to you.
RSD: God Bless you and your family. I’ll keep you in my prayers.
RSD, I’m sorry also for your loss.
RSD,
So sorry for your loss. (hugs)
RSD: Is your wife feeling alright…as in, was her health negatively affected? I hope she is feeling better and wish her and you only the best.
Frank Pavone:
In 1981 he graduated again as class valedictorian receiving a degree in Philosophy and a teacher’s certification in English, math, and the classical languages.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
And this qualifies him as an expert on abortion, how?
No education or experience in medicine, nothing but a silly plastic uterus that he seems to be entering from an interesting angle. (Celibacy has NOT helped him with his knowledge of the local “Genital Geography”…)
Laura,
At no time has Fr. Frank ever stated that he’s an expert on abortion. You know that the videos were for demonstration purposes only, not for a medical course on “How to Perform Abortions 101”.
In the past ten years Fr. Frank has been in contact with more practicing and former abortionists than any of us will in our lifetime.
He speaks with them, prays with them, interviews them, even consults with them so as to know exactly what the prochoice mindset is. And it’s macabre.
He had another video produced in which he introduces former abortionist Anthony Levatino. Dr. Levatino demo’d with more instruments.
Ater years of working with so many people involved and affected by the industry, I would definitely give weight to what he has to say regarding the matter.
Jess, medical abortion can be quite painful.
But very few abortions are anywhere near as painful as childbirth.
Laura, you idiot: Abortionists THEMSELVES describe exactly HOW they do these abortions, and Dr. Bernard Nathanson gives the same demonstration with the same plastic model…so trying to discredit what Fr. pavone is saying just because he’s a priest, doesn’t fly.
Try again.
He could be an expert on just about anything he set his mind to.
Dear Jess,
An abortion is painful both physically and emotionally.
I have had four babies, all without any drugs and I found childbirth to be an absolute incredible miracle. Would do it all over again if I weren’t so old. :)
My wife lost a lot of blood and was ordered to rest for a week while taking iron supplements…
No heavy lifting and minimal walking on stairs.
She’s fine now and back at work. Her D&C (to clean out the uterus) was done the Saturday before Palm Sunday.
Thank you all for the concern, prayers, hugs and sympathies.
There is no comparison between a wanted abortion and the loss of a wanted pregnancy.
Give it a break, TR…a baby was lost.
I lost a baby in December and am still reeling from the sorrow. We had been trying for almost 5 years. We’re now considering adoption, but it’s incredibly expensive because there’s such a shortage of babies available in the U.S. If only those babies that were aborted were placed for adoption instead! I know of several other couples also seeking to adopt… There are so many couples out there like us who would love to adopt!
I am so sorry BeingReal.
I am so sorry for your loss, BeingReal.
I do disagree, as someone who has worked in adoption and child welfare that there is no shortage of babies, unless you want a healthy, white baby 72 hours after birth. Our agency had two healthy baby girls that sat in foster care for years because they weren’t white, while hundreds of couples remained childless, waiting for a white mother to choose them.
I understand not wanting to advertise infertility and be looked at strangely by having someone in the family who doesn’t match and having racist extended family who might not accept the baby- but this doesn’t mean there is a shortage of babies.
Beingreal, i am so very sorry to hear of your loss!
RSD & BeingReal,
I am so saddened by both of your posts on your losses. My heart aches for both of you and your families, and I will be praying for your comfort and healing and that God will give you strength to get through this difficult time and use it for His glory.
RSD, as you said, “not my will, but Yours be done, O Lord ”
..and
I’m sorry about that, BR. Shows the difference between wanted pregnancies and unwanted ones. One of my sisters-in-law had 3 miscarriages along the way to having her three kids, and there was a lot of sorrow there too, though things are good now.
