Breaking: Three Planned Parenthoods closing
Jivin J reported March 17 that Planned Parenthood of Galion, Ohio, was closing “later this month,” according to the Galion Inquirer. The PP website states it will close as of March 29. It was an abortion feeder, not a mill.
Then, this morning Pro-LifeWac reported spotting on PP of Central Texas’s website last night that two of its clinics have closed, albeit supposedly “temporarily,” although “until further notice” is always ominous. These PPs are located in Groesbeck and Marlin, Texas …
Pro-Life Waco reported:
Within the last four years PP Central Texas opened these clinics with great publicity and fanfare. These facilities did not commit abortion. They did provide birth control, promoted promiscuity, and counseled for abortion.
Even though these were not abortion mills per se, they all provided hormonal birth control pills and emergency contraceptives, both of which may cause abortions.
And they did great harm to the wholistic culture of life and chaste living in the areas where they were located. And, of course, they made referrals to their mills for medical and surgical abortions.
This is all great news!

It appears as if God is answering our prayers to wake up His sleeping church. Kinda cool how the current 40 Days campaign is in 247 cities, as in 24/7.
Christians wanting to stay informed about how the current Japanese earthquake will impact the world, the church and your family will want to watch Rick Joyner’s latest Special Bulletin. God has spoken clearly about the crises we face and their global economic impact.
Planned ParentHOOD, you’re goin’ DOWN!
Woo-Hoo! Happy dance, happy dance…. :D
Pamela,
Totally agree. They seem to be closing left and right! Praise God! I read in Psalms this morning about the Lord taking revenge on the wicked and hearing the cry of the helpless.
We must not relent! :)
Ed,
The reports coming from the 40 Days for Life are truly amazing! Babies are being saved; women’s lives are being saved from the horror of abortion. The daily devotions posted at their website are beautiful, don’t you think?
These closings are demonstrating that women realize they have a CHOICE as to where they access their healthcare. Those who find themselves with an unexpected pregnancy are beginning to realize that there are Pregnancy Resource Centers that will treat them and their baby with dignity without pushing abortion. I recently read that in NYC, the ratio of abortuaries to PRC’s is 2:1. That’s an awesome number of pro-life people who are ready and willing to help a woman raise her baby! (Even the most impoverished of women!) The recent legal battles in the NYC Council against the PRC’s have helped to raise the visibility of the PRC’s. Praise God! May God grant special graces to those who work at Pregnancy Resource Centers and to those who are praying during 40 days for Life!
Totally awesome Janet!
I really liked this one:
Prayer volunteers at the 40 Days for Life vigil in
Orange County were caught by surprise as the doors of
the abortion center flew open and a frightened young
woman literally ran out as fast as she could …
… barefoot!
A young man came out looking for her. The barefoot
runner was his girlfriend, and she was there for an
abortion.
Eventually, she was found nearby, and vigil participants
offered to get her something to eat. When they sat down
to their meal, the young woman told her story.
She was six months pregnant and was already on the table
at the abortion center. She had an IV and was in the
process of being sedated. But she was still alert enough
to realize …
.. she simply couldn’t go through with it.
“God’s grace poured into her heart,” said one of the
40 Days for Life volunteers. The young woman found the
strength and courage to remove the needle from her arm,
to quickly get dressed (except for her shoes!) and run
out to safety.
“Our prayers from outside helped her get that courage
to leave the table and run away,” said the volunteer.
“I realized how important our role is.”
Amen and amen and amen.
Prayer changes destiny!
I feel the momentum shifting, like we’ve passed a tipping point and we’re really starting to gain ground.
We’ve got ’em on the run.
It’s time to pour it on!
Keep prayin’!
Amen, Ed!
Jesus tells us a story about a woman who keeps petitioning the king. She nags and nags. Finally, the king grants her petition to shut her up and keep her from coming back and striking him. While we don’t plan to strike God, we ought to take Jesus at his word. Press on! Press on!
This is off topic, but I gotta ask:
LibertyBelle, are you the one in Seattle?
