LauraLoo,
“Amen” to the scriptures…
May God Himself pour out the spirit of repentance on the world for the wanton slaughter of all innocents. May we all see our need for His deliverance and salvation through Jesus, the Anointed One, accept His passion for our sin, and live before Him in newness of His Life…
Let this be so…
Hi LS, I second your prayer. We are in the end times – there is still time in this age of grace to repent and receive Christ’s free gift of salvation for whosoever will ask. LL <3
How do you know those would be god’s words to the church on the 40th Roe anniversary?
Reality, the words found in the video (to 1:50) are from the Bible. God holds the Church (those saved by God’s grace and are His children) accountable to pray for the end to abortion, and to help the preborn and their parents through various pro-life ministries. For Christians to sit back and do nothing when innocents are slaughtered daily is an oximoron. Such a grievous sin that we WILL give an account to God for what we did or did not do before entering Heaven. God has a special love for children – they reflect His beauty and heart. Anyone who wishes to be saved must come to Him as a child and remain ever dependent on Him to maximize our chances for Him to give us an abundant life. LL
If only Christians would refrain from abortion and also support the alternatives to abortion and alternatives to promiscuity, abortion would be reduced by 75% in the United States and the businesses that participate in abortions would be shunned as pariahs.
Although you don’t have to be a Christian to oppose abortion, it is offensive to God that so many Christians are indifferent to this sin that “cries to Heaven”. God abhors the taking of innocent lives.
Laura Loo,
It is interesting that in the collection of sayings from King Solomon, these words are found (Old Testament – King James Version)…
Proverbs 24:11-12 If thou forbear to deliver them that are drawn unto death, and those that are ready to be slain; If thou sayest, Behold, we knew it not; doth not he that pondereth the heart consider it? and he that keepeth thy soul, doth not he know it? and shall not he render to every man according to his works?
…and these words are from the same collection, but they are words his mother (Bathsheba) taught him…
Proverbs 31:8-9 Open thy mouth for the dumb in the cause of all such as are appointed to destruction. Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.
The implication is that these “sayings” are not only for Christians to observe these words, but they are also for anyone who is willing to listen to them, take them to heart, and follow their advice. God is not prejudiced toward Christians ( J ), but wants every human to come to Him, no matter the label they choose for themselves!
Thank you for posting this video!
That’s all very well Laura Loo, but how do you know that those would be exactly god’s words to the church on the 40th Roe anniversary? He may say something different.
Agree, Reality. Far be it for me to have the mind of God and to presume all that He would say to His Church. LL :)
Then why was the claim made? ;-)
S’oright, I’ll leave you alone :-)
Those words in the video definitely are fitting for His Church to hear – I don’t deny that. But I agree with you that NO ONE knows what ALL God would say on the matter.
Good night!
LL :D
