Authentic Intimacy released a new 10-week DVD Bible study on August 1 entitled, “Passion Pursuit: What Kind Of Love Are You Making?” in response to a need for women to be able to “ask their most private questions and receive God honoring, Biblical, practical answers.”
In this video, creators Linda Dillow and Dr. Juli Slattery discuss a common problem among women – putting intimacy on the back burner due to sheer lack of energy:

In addition, Chris Fabry of Moody Radio’s Chris Fabry Live interviewed Linda and Juli about the study, as did Anita Lustrea and Melinda Schmidt of Midday Connection.

Yeah, and Christians (especially Catholics) ar SO against sex! :D :D :D
This is great. There needs to be more openness and honesty in Christian circles about sex and the realities there. I was skeptical at first but they really did have good advice.
I HATE the trope in most Christian women sex advice about dragging yourself begrudgingly to bed because your husband demands sex and if you don’t have sex with him within a 72 hr period he’s gonna start lusting after other women and sticking his you-know-what in you-know-wheres that aren’t yours and wah wah wah wah like Christian women don’t like or enjoy sex.
Um YES we do but sometimes there are legitimate barriers. And a reason to have sex with your husband is not to keep him from cheating. Sheesh.
That marital dynamic s a “trope”?
I thought it only happened at my house.
