Madison Tevlin, now 13, is a Toronto girl who loves to sing. She also has Down Syndrome.

While most people who are not tone deaf can improve with practice, she has a few more technical hurdles to overcome, saying that when she sings, “I feel so confident in myself.” That confidence has aided her developmental skills greatly:
