Today’s Hodari trash talk: “Victims”
FYI, I have established a Hodari archive off all postings and documents.
Turns out late-term MI abortionist Alberto Hodari threw everything in his dumpster but the kitchen sink, which he likely uses to “sterilize” instruments.
Hodari’s garbage today reveals a pregnant mother can be “victim of failed birth control” or “victim of no birth control.” From a questionnaire pulled from his trash:
![]()
Hodari aborts many victims of no birth control. Below I have snipped sections from every form I’ve seen when that question was answered. Shockingly, all but one aborting mom had sex with no protection. The lone victim of failed birth control used the fabulously successful condom…..
Recall, according to Guttmacher, that 75% of educated American young people receive comprehensive sex education.
So in reality, most or all of these mothers were victims of that dismal failure (well, success if you’re an abortionist).
I don’t know what to say about the 25+ year old women, or the mothers with children, who have obviously received personal sex ed.
One actuality: All these women were victims of exploitive men, as you’ll note. Abandoned.
One reason I now see why abortion mills badger-fight to keep records from scrutiny is because they know all this. They see all this. They fill out forms like this day after day.
Those who continue to think Planned Parenthood et al aren’t invested in getting young people to play pregnancy Russian Roulette as often as possible are simply in denial.

Obviously, throwing out confidential medical records in a way that they can be accessed is a violation of law, as well as felony .
Your taking possession of and use of them, and publishing them, even without identifying patient information, may also be unlawful, and I would suggest you seek legal counsel before continuing to do so.
The abortionist was the person who you should be angry with, Anon. He was the person who improperly disposed of the medical records. WOW! Only 1 woman was using protection. Abortion has turned so many women into reproductive slobs.
Jill, by golly these women were all abandoned by men, so they went and took care of things by having an empowering abortion.
Scanned images of actual documents found by Dr. Miller in Hodari
Jill, I copied this from Operation Rescue.
I don’t see “Victim of Abstinence” on the list…
Victim” #1: 17 years old, has 1 child
Interesting…she knows how one gets pregnant and she STILL didn’t use protection.
Victim” #2: 29 years old, has 1 child
I would take a gander and say that the 29 year-old knows about protection AND she obviously knows how to get pregnant. Still, no protection.
Victim” #6: 27 years old, has 5 children
This woman DEFINITELY knew how one gets pregnant and the effectiveness of condoms..obviously.
I’m sorry..I’m really not trying to be critical..but it is just so sad. In this day and age, when the knowledge is SO abundant people still just refuse to use protection. Or better yet..just don’t do it. Especially the ones with kids who don’t have a partner helping…I only had to become a single mother of ONE child to know that I don’t want to be a SINGLE mother of any more children..so I’m just NOT doing it! How is it that hard?!! As a single mother, you have close to NO time to do anything that doesn’t involve work, school, or kids, so it’s not like you have time to sit around and think about all the sex you’re not having!
Hodari ought to be from Aurora, IL.
; )

Elizabeth, I see what you’re saying, but it’s like people smoking when “they know better,” or going to McDonald’s or burning a lot of gasoline, natural gas, etc.
……

So you’re saying that yllas is not a single mom…. hee hee hee.
Except that smoking, going to McDonalds or burning a lot of gasoline do not have the potential to produce a new life. A baby. A living human being.
Carla, sure, but the “living human being” won’t always be wanted, like the overweight or possible ill health, greenhouse gas effects, etc. from the others.
Wow- I don’t use birth control. Am I a victim?
Yes. Yes. Yes. The “wanted” versus the “unwanted”
So tired of hearing that.
Babies are ALWAYS wanted. Wanted by the Lord, Creator of heaven and earth and by others who are aching for a child to adopt. A mother might not WANT to have another baby, so killing it is fine with Doug.
but the “living human being” won’t always be wanted
So the hell way?
Panhandlers aren’t always wanted. Lepers weren’t wanted…lots of people are unwanted by someone, but that doesn’t justify killing them.
Oh, and Doug?
You are a peach too!! :)
“Wow- I don’t use birth control. Am I a victim?”
You betcha.
*wink*
way=what
And who is any one of us “wanted” by? If I”m only wanted by my wife and she is only wanted by me, does that count? Or do we need at least a third person in the mix? But what if is cyclical like that with three people? How many people in a closed cyclic group with each of them wanting each other is good enough to indeed conclude that they are all wanted? The definition of wanted needs to be well defined.
“Wow- I don’t use birth control. Am I a victim?”
That’s not very safe of you, Jacque.
That’s not very safe of you, Jacque.
Actually- it’s perfectly safe. I have no risk of pregnancy, STD’s or anything. Chastity is the best birth control ever!
“Actually- it’s perfectly safe. I have no risk of pregnancy, STD’s or anything. Chastity is the best birth control ever!”
Oh Jacque, how naive! Don’t you know abstinence doesn’t work?
Anon, 12:25p: Thank you for your concern for my legal well-being. Might I also suggest you notify WDIV Channel 4, which showed a tad more than I ever have – a Hodari patient’s first name – on its news broadcast:

And you might also contact Kim Kozlowski at the Detroit News, a reporter who actually called one of Hodari’s aborting patients – a minor to boot – as quoted from her March 11 article:
Remi Riley, who got an abortion from Hodari in February, was outraged when she learned that her name and phone number were among the documents that allegedly were tossed into the Lathrup Village garbage intact.
“I have been violated,” said Riley, 17, of Farmington Hills. “They just threw away my information without caring about me.”
You Go, Jill!!!
“Oh Jacque, how naive! Don’t you know abstinence doesn’t work?”
@Bobby: Well…look what happened to Mary… :-p
Jill, awesome response @2:57!!
Jill, I am not concerned with your legal well-being.I am concerned about the privacy rights of patients first being violated by the clinic and then by reporters and others sifting through those records.
I can’t imagine how a newspaper can reveal the contents of medical records of a 17 year old without parental consent (or what kind of parent would give that consent)
Seems the patient’s privacy rights, which have already been violated by the clinic, are now being further violated by those in search of a “scoop” or to promote their own agenda.
“@Bobby: Well…look what happened to Mary… :-p”
Ah divine intervention… always the exception…
@Bobby: Indeed. :D
I can’t imagine how a newspaper can reveal the contents of medical records of a 17 year old without parental consent (or what kind of parent would give that consent)
Posted by: anonymous at March 14, 2008 3:25 PM
I can’t imagine how an abortion dr. could commit abortions on young girls without parental consent. He should know that law as it applies to his “practice”
Scoop? You are missing the big picture here. Aren’t you happy that women are now being informed of the misdeeds of this killer?
Aren’t you happy that his filthy practice is outted?
The medical records being shown here and on television don’t have any personal id information on them. No last names, addresses, phone numbers ssi numbers, drivers’ license numbers.
“I can’t imagine how an abortion dr. could commit abortions on young girls without parental consent.”
There is really no evidence of that, other than none of those forms were found in the dumpster. I don’t think anyone was claiming all the clinics records were in the dumpster that day.
Sure it’s possible, but I’d like a little more proof than lack of garbage.
Oh Jacque, how naive! Don’t you know abstinence doesn’t work?
It works for me! What’s the failure rate?
Remi Riley, who got an abortion from Hodari in February, was outraged when she learned that her name and phone number were among the documents that allegedly were tossed into the Lathrup Village garbage intact.
“I have been violated,” said Riley, 17, of Farmington Hills. “They just threw away my information without caring about me.”
Wow! Now everybody knows your business. Kind of counter-productive to give a quote with your full name and location if you care about privacy.
Sandy, 3:45PM
And wouldn’t I want to know my records may well have ended up in a dumpster prior to or during this incident? Then I would hire the best lawyer I could find as I hope many of these women will do.
Hal,
Please refer to the March 12th Dr.”confidential” Hodari thread for an account by Rachael on a 15 year old girl who rec’d an abortion from Hodari without parental consent and died.
Panhandlers aren’t always wanted. Lepers weren’t wanted…lots of people are unwanted by someone, but that doesn’t justify killing them.
Jacqueline, quite a different deal, as they are not inside the body of a person. If they were, then you bet it wouldn’t be the same as it is now.
Thanks Mary, I missed that.
(need to spend more time lurking)
“It works for me! What’s the failure rate?”
At least 100%.
“Riley” our beagle dog, from the distant past…

Has there been any outcry from the abortion lobby about Hodari being so cavalier with the records/medical waste? Remember, these are National Abortion Federation member facilities. Maybe the reporter would like to call them and ask:
Does Hodari’s disposal of patient records and medical waste disqualify him for membership, or not?
Jacqueline 3:55PM,
Good point. She feels so “violated” but then tells countless thousands of people, who otherwise would have never known, the information she feels so “violated” over.

Thanks Mary!
I hope you got my response a few posts back regarding your return! Great to have you back Mary!
Bobby: And who is any one of us “wanted” by?
Well, Robert, in the case of pregnancy, first and foremost, it’s the pregnant woman making the valuation.
Also, you have watched wrestling…. and you are working out, trying to get “bigger” – you mentioned a possible weight gain… Lord help you, son, you’re not on steroids are you?
; )
Doug said: “Jacqueline, quite a different deal, as they are not inside the body of a person. If they were, then you bet it wouldn’t be the same as it is now.”
Remember that movie “Innerspace”, where Dennis Quaid was shrunk down and injected into Martin Short? I guess Quaid was lucky that Short didn’t try to kill him.
Bobby, the failure rate of Abstinence is over 100%?! Oh, snap! I guess that explains why I’ve been feeling sick in the morning. Darn you, Dennis Quaid!
Does Hodari’s disposal of patient records and medical waste disqualify him for membership, or not?

Great point Christina!
I wonder if he will get his membership card cut up.
Sandy 3:45 p.m It would be helpful if you would read the posts before you comment on them. I was referring to the publication of a 17 year old’s first and last name and town of residence.
I am aware of many news stories about landlords tossing out confidential medical or legal records, and somehow those reporters did not have to reveal the names and addresses and contents of the records of those whose privacy had already been violated to report the story.
Jacqueline 3:55 The reporter calls the girl, after obtaining her name and number from the confidential records, and the girl reacts with understandable shock and anger at the violation of her privacy. According to you, it is her fault that the reporter then publishes her name and town?
I am just thinking about a 17 year old girl who never asked to have her privacy violated for the sake of some reporter’s “scoop” or for someone’s political agenda.
Sandy,
Yes I did read your response and thank you for your kind words. Its good to be back.
Anon 4:45PM
Do you know if the girl agreed to go public? I would hope a reporter would not take it upon him/herself to do this without consent, especially where a minor is involved, and I would consider it indefensible to do so. Definitely asking for trouble if there was no parental consent given.
anonymous said: “I am just thinking about a 17 year old girl who never asked to have her privacy violated for the sake of some reporter’s “scoop” or for someone’s political agenda.”
But naturally, the folks throwing confidential medical records in the trash are blameless.
Seems that Hodari and his staff are “Victims of no brain.”
Anonymous: Pick a name, any name.
And yes- if a reporter called me saying they’d found my confidential records, I’d explain that he/she has no right to them, to even know my name, and I’d be on a phone with a lawyer rather than give the reporter a quote. I studied journalism for a few years and we have courses on how to avoid lawsuits on threats of lawsuits. This quote wasn’t worth legal trouble. She could have easily threatened the reporter.
I know I’m not seventeen and this girl isn’t the epitome of responsibility anyway, but come on!
Sandy 3:45 p.m It would be helpful if you would read the posts before you comment on them. I was referring to the publication of a 17 year old’s first and last name and town of residence.
Anon,
I did read the post. I assumed the girl in this instance gave permission to have her name publically used for the story.
Maybe I’m wrong, but I can’t believe a reporter, especially female would do this to a minor. I would assume her job would be on the line if she did.
On another note:
“I have been violated,” said Riley, 17, of Farmington Hills. “They just threw away my information without caring about me.”
Just like she threw her baby away when she had an abortion.
Doug- I’m the proud mother of two beagles. Beagles are great.

In fact, here’s my eldest for cuteness overload:
Here’s her dogster page. Still don’t have many pictures of the baby, yet.
By the way, Remi’s myspace says she’s 19, so maybe the reporter got the age wrong.
Jacqueline,
If the reporter did indeed understand Remi to be 17y/o then I would think parental consent would have to be obtained. Also, wouldn’t the accurate age be on her records? Maybe it was just a misprint.
Jacque, Doug,
I had a beagle when I was a little boy, we named him snoopy…
but the “living human being” won’t always be wanted
Actually Doug, I would venture to say than not one of us is wanted by everybody. But each of us has SOMEONE who wants us…
Conversely, nobody is wanted by no one. Every person has SOMEONE who wants them…
So the wantedness argument is kind of lame.
I think there are few people on this very blog that don’t “want” you here…does that make you expendable?
;)
mk said: “I think there are few people on this very blog that don’t “want” you here…does that make you expendable?”
No, because Doug isn’t inside of me.
About wantedness- I don’t care if anyone wants me-I want me. I want to be alive. I want to lay in my hammock in my backyard with my IPod and the new Counting Crows all alone on my Spring vacation. I want me and to be with me. Anyone who doesn’t want me can stay out of my backyard.
To live is my right. I don’t care whose body I’m living in against my will. Think about it: I certainly didn’t choose to be concieved, when I was concieved to the parents who concieved me. Don’t get me wrong- I am happy with all those things, but to kill someone because you put them in your womb and decide at some point you don’t want them there- that’s not your right.
Babies aren’t alien invaders. They get in the wombs of their mothers by conscious actions taken.
John and Jacque, lol! Jacque, great point! I want me. I like my life, and it sure hasn’t been all that great. SO WHAT? I’m still here to live it.
Bring on the doggies!
I don’t see “Victim of Abstinence” on the list…

Posted by: anonymous at March 14, 2008 4:45 PM**************************************************** Where is the outrage from NOW and Naral? You won’t hear them say anything. Why? This story won’t help them promote their political agenda.
No, because Doug isn’t inside of me.
Awww, but I like to think there’s a little bit of Doug in every one of us.lol.
Actually Jacquie,
I think you’ve hit on something there…Why aren’t the mothers aborted? Why don’t we ask those babies if they like being held captive in hostile territory?
We could take a vote. Mom gets one, baby gets one.
If it’s a tie, baby wins…
amen Jacque.
Why don’t we ask those babies if they like being held captive in hostile territory?
Hostile? Shoot, I wish I could go back lol.
Maybe, just MAYBE, a few 17 year old girls who are considering abortion will see these “records” on tv, or in the press…and MAYBE it will make them think twice about abortion and the VERY REAL possibility that THEIR abortionist could do the same thing with THEIR records.
If for no other reason they reject abortion, a baby’s life will be saved.
It’s time the younger generation realizes that the “quick fix” of abortion now has THIS as one more RISK on a very long list.
You’d think that videotape of Hodari GLOATING about his unsanitary practices, his admitting he LIES to his patients, and the discovery of dead babies and identifying medical records of the women would be more than ample cause to shut this slimeball’s operation down for good.
Think about this:
What other sort of establishment on the planet has more vile, depraved activity going on inside of it’s doors than an abortion clinic, that still remains legal and protected by law???
Mike, And organizations such as NOW and Naral will never even voice so much as a peep of outrage. Women are being killed by abortionists. Women are being raped by abortionists. Women are being stalked by abortionists. Now an abortionist has tossed out all of his former client’s paper work for the entire world to see. Who is policing these places on the side of choice? PCers, you had better be glad we are here!
Why don’t we ask those babies if they like being held captive in hostile territory?
Actually Doug, I would venture to say than not one of us is wanted by everybody. But each of us has SOMEONE who wants us…
Could be, MK, but we aren’t inside the body of a person.
……
Conversely, nobody is wanted by no one. Every person has SOMEONE who wants them… So the wantedness argument is kind of lame.
It’s just pointing out a fact, not really an “argument.” We can argue about whether the pregnant woman should be legally allowed to have an abortion or not, but that not all pregnancies are wanted is just reality.
……
I think there are few people on this very blog that don’t “want” you here…does that make you expendable?
In their eyes, of course.
mk said: “I think there are few people on this very blog that don’t “want” you here…does that make you expendable?”
John L: No, because Doug isn’t inside of me.
Tell you what, Holmes – if I was you’d sure have a backache or headache or something… [chuckling]
As per the “leper” example, if a big old hairy leper was inside of us, Ii don’t think it’d be such an argument about things.
Recall, according to Guttmacher, that 75% of educated American young people receive comprehensive sex education.
I don’t know what makes you think that these women in particular received comprehensive sex education.
One actuality: All these women were victims of exploitive men, as you’ll note. Abandoned.
How do you know that? Most of them weren’t helping to pay for the abortion, but what makes you think they’ve “abandoned” them? Could be that they don’t agree with the abortion… I’m surprised you didn’t think of that.
Those who continue to think Planned Parenthood et al aren’t invested in getting young people to play pregnancy Russian Roulette as often as possible are simply in denial.
If these women had been going to Planned Parenthood, they would be using contraception, and probably wouldn’t have wound up at the abortion clinic at all.
Realty,
Its also very possible they use abortion for birth control.
…which he likely uses to “sterilize” instruments
Careful of those baseless allegations, Jill. Slander is a crime.
Leah, first of all, it wasn’t an “allegation”. (She said “likely”)
Secondly, it was not a baseless assumption.

Clearly all gastroenterologists – and perhaps all surgeons practicing in outpatient surgical centers – are vile human beings who barely made it out of medical school & are too concerned with making money to properly care for their patients. Laziness and greed can be just as commonly found in any branch of medicine – if one takes the time to look.
Yes, but your gastronenterologist didn’t through HUMAN BEINGS, babies, in the trash.
Shirley, also, the ratio of “good” abortionists to “bad” abortionists is much closer than the ratio of good gastroenterologists to bad gastroenterologists, I would definitely assume.
There used to be about 2,000 abortion clinics in the US. Today there are only about 752. Most have been shut down because the abortionists were practicing without licenses, or they were practicing in non-sterile environments, or they were protecting child rapists, or they in fact were rapists and molesters of their patients, or they were eating fetuses, or they were shooting their wife, or pro-life protesters, or they were giving 8 month pregnant women RU-486, which killed them, or they were botching lots of abortions and killing women, or they were …..Oh, I think you get the idea.
Also, did I mention that abortion clinics are not regulated, as gastrointestinal centers are?
I think there are few people on this very blog that don’t “want” you here…does that make you expendable? By the way, I’m not one of them…
Oh MK. Never would I think that. You have stong opinions, and if there is a soul, I believe you have a muscular one.
That said, there is a sunny warmth of goodness from you, and across all the miles of copper wire, from all the fiberoptic cables to all the wireless adapters, through the very aether itself, it comes through.
