Representative Diane Black just issued a press statement announcing that she, along with Reps. Bill Flores, Jackie Walorski, Chris Smith, Joe Pitts, and over 80 House cosponsors, have reintroduced the Title X Abortion Provider Prohibition Act,” which would prohibit any organization that provide abortions from receiving Title X Family Planning dollars.

Tomorrow pro-lifers will take to Twitter to pressure Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius to #BeTransparent about abortion coverage in Obamacare.

This afternoon the House will vote on the Prenatal Discrimination Act, a federal ban against sex-selection abortion. A two-thirds majority vote is needed.

News reports today are relaying contradictory yet alarming information about the well-being of Chinese pro-life dissident Chen Guangcheng and his family.

Previous reports indicated Chen wanted to remain in China after having escaped to the U.S. Embassy on April 22.

But after Chen was reunited with his wife – only after being returned by the U.S. to the Chinese – and learning how she was treated in his absence, he apparently changed his mind and wants to leave the country – on Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s plane, no less. Here is audio of a taped interview with The Guardian wherein Chen where he says he now wants out.
