i used to love cindy crawford but i found out she was pro choice and stopped paying attention to her. is that her daughter? shes beautiful and and i hope she chooses nursing. taking care of people is better than modeling. i used to watch americas next top model and realized they are a shallow bunch!

Please don’t assume all models are shallow. Hopefully you just meant the show itself and I whole-heartedly agree. My cousin was on that show about 5 years ago and she is the most down-to-earth lovable person you could ever meet. Maybe that’s why she was so verbally attacked on the show. She’s also been chosen to represent her state in the upcoming Miss USA pageant in Vegas this June. All the monies she receives for her modeling now and anything she may receive from pageants will be paying for your medical education.
But back on subject, I can’t believe they’ve made this sweet little girl who is only 10 years old to look so much older. Just let kids be kids, PLEASE!

kayla im not down on all models. i know a few celebrities and im just not impressed. they are just people. i am 5 11 and when i was younger i was 120 pounds. a lot of people would tell me i should be a model. i also loved gia carangi. i became a nurse instead. its just that some of those girls are so stuck up i cant stand it.
anyway i dont believe modeling sends a positive message….i remember when one of the models ept telling a 25 year old girl ” youre too old.”

Janice Dickinson hasn’t been on ANTM for awhile now. No Kayla, not ALL models are shallow, but if you read some of their quotes in magazines and especially if you watch “America’s Next Top Model” you see that A LOT of models are shallow, self-centered, spoiled drama queens…that’s just the way it is.
I used to watch ANTM every week, but I’m just tired of TYRA BANKS. She REALLY needs to get over herself!
As for Cindy Crawford’s little daughter..I think the constant “sexualization” of children in today’s society is SICK!

also it sends a bad message to girls. some girls cant live up to the ideal standard of beauty and its sad. look at nicole richie. she was always called paris hiltons ( also a model) ” chubby sidekick.” look at nicole now. you cant tell me she didnt go on a crash diet so that those comments wouldnt keep coming. i actually thought nicole looked better with meat on her bones! i really did. paris is tall so she just happens to be thinner. no wonder girls are anorexic and bulemic today. they strive to be model thin. love yourself as you are because your looks will fade as you age anyway. we all age.

I agree, why anyone would want to subject their daughter to this is beyond me. Let kids be kids. I am not a fan of Cindy Crawford because of her abortion stance, but in this case she did the right thing.
and all antm dwells on are looks and weight. they want perfection! i remember tyra gushing about one of the girls tiny waist. they pulled it and even banks agreed ” i shouldnt have gone there because it looked bad on myb part. i dont want to send a bad message.” but face it…..you aint winning unless you are under weight.
It honestly creeps me out that they make little girls look like older teens or even adult women.
