  • National Pro-Life Radio reports on a lawsuit against Obamacare by a nationwide doctors’ group, the Association of American Physicians and Surgeons
  • The doctors group says [the requirement to buy government-approved insurance starting in 2014] violates the 5th Amendment protection against the government forcing one person to pay cash to another. AAPS is the first to assert this important constitutional claim, it contends.
AAPS also says the health care law violates the 10th Amendment, the Commerce Clause, and the provisions authorizing taxation….
Just 28.7% of doctors supported the pro-abortion health care bill before the House approved it.

  • Pro-Life Action League was shocked to discover that their address and phone number was listed on a fraudulent mailer sent out for an “At Home Abortion Kit.” Many of these solicitations are going to pro-life organizations. The saying at the end of the mailer (which claims at home abortions up to the 8th month of pregnancy) says, “Because some secrets are for a woman’s eyes alone.”
PLAL is still searching for who is behind this illegal solicitation.

  • RealChoice recounts a painful and horrifying story of one woman’s suicide after her abortion, “leaving her family to sort out their own pain.” How many women are missing due to suicide after abortions?
  • Wesley Smith points readers to a chilling interview found in Der Spiegel with Berlin ER doctor, Michael de Ridder. De Ridder believes doctors should be allowed to assist in the suicides of patients, and should have the right to refuse treatment for patients who could be disabled or whose “quality of life” they deem to be lower than they personally feel it should be.
