Columnist: No regrets about unplanned fatherhood
As best as a mere male can, I understand the dilemma of many. I’ve said before: The Tempter has crouched on my shoulder five times and whispered in its vulture voice: “You’re too young, too unmarried, too poor, too old….”
My blood runs cold when I think of five great children who might not have been.
It was the women who had mothers’ faith; and faith, religious or secular, will get you through – without future regret.

Woman and men can be strong, and do the right thing. I love the line – “without future regret”. lovely, and so true. ;) thank goodness those women were very strong.
I’ve heard the phrase “Nobody is pro-abortion” and “If you don’t like abortion, don’t have one” but I think what a lot of people don’t realize is that there is a great amount of social and societal pressure to have an abortion when faced with an unexpected/unplanned pregnancy.
