Actress moms defend Kim Kardashian’s pregnancy style and weight gain
I think that women should support each other, especially through pregnancy. It’s a difficult time and I think Kim Kardashian looks absolutely beautiful. And we’re supposed to gain weight when we’re pregnant — that’s how God intended it.

I’m not as daring as her. Like, I definitely kept everything covered until I at least found certain concoctions, but she has to do a ton of appearances. It’s very difficult. I think you can’t unfortunately wear what you feel like you want to, because you really don’t realize how you look.
So I think it’s just so hard. And I think for someone like her, she’s just so happy to be pregnant and to be, you know, moving on to a different time in her life, that, I love that she’s embraced it. I love that she’s still wearing whatever she wants to wear. I’m kind of jealous. I like it.

Carla – I totally agree. Given her status as a PP apologist, I figured she would be talking about how Kim could just abort if she didn’t want to gain weight.

I don’t think Kim has gained too much weight. The reason I think she looks ridiculous is her butt/lip/breast implants. When people mess with what God gave them it almost always looks hideous. But I am pro-bodily autonomy when not harming others so if she wants to implant and inject her body to make it look puffy…so be it. See, I’m pro-“choice” on most everything…just not killing babies.
I also think some of her style choices while pregnant are not at all flattering. But I wish her well in her pregnancy and a safe, amazing delivery experience.
Is it any wonder that GP is one of the most hated celebrities on the planet? Eat to your hearts content while pregnant. On the other hand I wonder if her former BFF Madonna and she would talk about Madonnas 11 abortions and how wonderful they were so poor Madonna wouldn’t be burdened by weight gaun and blah blah blah. Stop talking out of both sides of your neck GP!
I really want to like Gwyneth Paltrow. During her recent feature in PEOPLE Magazine (as “The Most Beautiful Woman in the World”) she talked about the joys of family and motherhood and openly mourned for the child whom she lost by miscarriage. She talked about how much she enjoys her grubby clothes and no make-up most days — she only ‘glams up’ when profession work requires it.
Her cookbook is more family-friendly than almost any celebrity project I’ve ever seen. (I work in books and magazines, so I see more than any sane person ought to.)
Her affinity for Planned Parenthood is bizarrely inconsistent with the rest of her public persona. It’s hard to believe that she is so stupid as that she blindly accepts the lies that PP says about themselves (“important access to healthcare,” “cancer screenings,” “only 3% of our business is abortion”). But an awful lot of people believe that stuff…. If Obama likes PP, then they must be good — right?
I really want to like Gwyneth Paltrow. I’m going to keep a cautious eye on her, until the real loving mother/abortion industry shill is made clear.
Meanwhile — let’s hope that being a mommy helps Kim Kardashian to grow up and become happy (like Drew Barrymore and so many other of the “wild young girls” before her).

Eh, I don’t think so. It’s great that she cares about family and all that, but she’s one out of touch rich lady. Some of her quotes are just simply epic facepalms.

Someone else’s weight gain and their clothes. Some people have too much spare time. I would suggest some charity or volunteer work. It would give them a whole new perspective on what is really important.

I just want everyone to know how much I totally don’t care about celebrities and stuff. That is why I always comment on celebrity related posts. :)
Although I’m not a big fan of the Kardashian clan….I do know that I, personally, pre- and post pregnancy was very thin. During pregnancies (3) gained 50 – 75 – & 39 lbs. I am not in the limelight whatsoever and had people comment on my weight gain… and it hurt. Let a woman devour and non restrict food while she’s pregnant. HEALTHY BABIES!!! Stressing any mother to be out is not only killing her emotionally,but isn’t at all good for the fetus! Come on… Leave this woman alone. Support her stop this bizzar bullying!
Like, I think that I really don’t, like, you know think that I can understand a single thing that Molly Simms was like yammering about in long, misunderstood, confusing dribble. I think that I know that I am so very really sure that she went and attendEd and took classes at Vanderbilt University, which I think I am sure that I know is like, you know I think like the Harvard University of the South. I think I know that it’s located in the South I am sure of it. It is so very definitely and absolutely and positively unfortunate that some I think that she’s a model shouldn’t talk, like, at all, you know.
