Today, Live Action released the third video in its new investigative series, “Inhuman: Undercover in America’s late-term abortion industry.”

We have already seen willingness by personnel at an abortion clinic in New York and in Washington, D.C. to either kill abortion survivors outright, or let them asphyxiate.

In the video released today, a counselor at Family Planning Associates Medical Group in Phoenix, Arizona, tells Live Action’s pregnant investigator she can forgo having her preborn baby injected (through her abdomen) with a drug (Digoxin) to kill him or her, in which case, “It’s possible that there may be movement as they’re taking out the fetus.” And in which case, “They will not resuscitate.” Perhaps more horrifying is that a baby still alive could be aborted in parts:

The new Live Action investigation, “Inhuman: Undercover in America’s late-term abortion industry,” is proving what pro-lifers already knew: Kermit Gosnell was no outlier, as the abortion industry and media have tried to portray him. Both overt and covert killing of abortion survivors is a component of late-term abortions.

Yesterday, Live Action released the first video in its series, which revealed a Bronx, New York, abortion counselor stating her facility would plop abortion survivors into a toxic solution to kill them. She also recommended that the pregnant investigator “flush it” if her baby delivered at home.

Today, Live Action released a second video, this one of Washington, D.C., abortionist Cesare Santengelo of the Washington Surgi-Clinic acknowledging he knew the law required him to provide medical care to abortion survivors, but he would break it:

Was Kermit Gosnell an anomaly? Not if the findings in Live Action’s first released video are any indication.

Dr. Emily’s Women’s Health Center is a late-term abortion clinic located in the Bronx section of New York City, where a wincing 41% of pregnancies end in abortion. A Live Action investigator who was 23 weeks pregnant – with a potentially viable baby – visited this mill for shocking results.

In response to a lawsuit filed in February by pro-life leader Ryan Bomberger, accusing the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People of intimidation, the NAACP has fired back with a countersuit.

The Thomas More Law Center has announced that the Student Government Association Judiciary Committee of Johns Hopkins University issued a unanimous decision last night overturning an SGA ruling of March 24 that denied recognition to Voice for Life as an official student club of the school.

In July 2012 we had a save who was ~27 weeks. She gave us her blue paperwork from Carhart’s, different from the one Jill posted. I copied it on white paper, attached.

2/13 12:37p: An investigator with the Environmental Crimes Unit of the Maryland Attorney General’s Office has notified Maryland Coalition for Life that his department is launching a criminal investigation against late-term abortionist LeRoy Carhart’s clinic.

The call to MCFL’s executive director Michael Martelli came yesterday in follow-up to a complaint lodged by Martelli’s group in November 2012.

I did not report on the death last week of a patient of late-term abortionist LeRoy Carhart because I did not have corroboration.

I now do.

Carhart’s alleged victims were 29-year-old Jennifer McKenna Morbelli, pictured right, and her 33-week-old preborn daughter, Madison Leigh. Read their obituary here.

My sincere sympathies go to Jennifer and Madison’s family, who is certainly suffering unimaginable grief.

I confirmed the identities of the victims through two sources. After a name ID was received from an impeccable informant, sidewalk counselors at the abortion clinic positively identified Jennifer’s obituary photo. Jennifer’s obituary also states she “passed away suddenly.”
