The largest unreached people group: Where are the missionaries?

We don’t tend to think of the pre-born as an “unreached people group.” One reason is that definitions of “unreached peoples” were formulated at a time when many evangelicals were divided over when life begins and still held to what Al Mohler, president of the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, admits were “embarrassingly liberal positions on […]

  • At The Daily Caller, Dustin Siggins writes that Republicans should not run from the “war on women” meme but expose the truth – that “the profiteers in our nation’s abortion clinics, and their allies in political office” are the ones really waging the war.

  • Pro-Life in TN shares an article by David French at National Review Online that captures the hubris and “me first” mindset of many who support abortion on demand:

    I’m still shaking my head at Wendy Davis — not that she lied about her biography (sometimes it seems as if every politician springs out of some kind of heroic narrative) — but that she, as a very young lawyer doing the simple, ordinary work that thousands of young lawyers do, conceded custody of her child on the grounds that “it’s not a good time for me right now” to be the custodial parent.

    I’m also shaking my head at the president of the United States, speaking on the anniversary of the legalized killing of tens of millions of children, justifying this slaughter because it gives the former parents the ability to “fulfill their dreams.”

Abortion stories reveal “moral bankruptcy” of pro-choice position

by Kelli If the purpose of this article was to assist women to overcome the stigma of abortion, it is hard to imagine that it succeeded. The fact that this article appears four decades after Roe is proof that the decision failed to reset the nation’s conscience on abortion…. For the advocates of abortion, these […]

  • Kansans for Life points out that when the cameras stopped rolling, Planned Parenthood dramatically scaled back not only their rhetoric but their lawsuit against the newly-passed Pro-Life Protections Act. PP has changed its tune and is amending its original suit to:

    1. withdraw opposition to the statement “abortion terminates the life of a whole, separate, unique, living human being”;

    2. withdraw opposition to the information about the pain-capability of the unborn child; but

    3. retain opposition to a requirement that each clinic’s online home page feature a hyperlink to the state’s informed consent website.

  • ProLifeBlogs features an article from The Black Kettle which states that when the pro-life group Coalition for Life of Iowa applied for nonprofit status, the IRS “sought details about the content of members’ prayers at a Planned Parenthood” and “demanded that the group refrain” from doing so. They later dropped the demand when the group sought assistance from the Thomas More Society.
