How to deed restrict your business property to keep it abortion-free forever

IMG_1305-2
Recall the Livonia, Michigan, pro-life businessman who bought an abortion clinic property earlier this month and then banned it from being sold to an abortionist.

If you own business property, you, too, can deed restrict it so it can never be sold to an abortion business. From Dave Theisen at Real Estate for Life comes three simple steps:

BREAKING: Yet another (sixth!) Michigan abortion clinic closing

2013-04-11_1001

Word came yesterday morning that the American Family Planning abortion clinic in Dearborn, Michigan, is shutting its doors as of this Friday.

Sign: “For Lease, Absolutely NO Abortion Clinics”

I’m breaking my Saturday rule not to post anything not urgent, because this is so awesome. Click to enlarge… Lynn Mills just sent that photo to me. The sign was posted by the pro-life businessman who bought late-term abortionist Reginald Sharpe’s mill in Livonia, Michigan. Isn’t it great?

Malpractice lawsuits against abortionist dismissed: no insurance, bankrupt

As many abortionists are found to be over the course of time, abortionist Reginald Sharpe is a menace to society.

ssharpebiobbabyThe rap sheet against Sharpe is long.

Sharpe’s medical license was placed on probation in 1998 for illegally administrating drugs and was suspended in 2005 after he botched an illegal 27-week abortion. Sharpe was busted in 2008 for illegally dumping patient records, aborted babies, medical waste, and syringes. In 2010 Medicaid revoked Sharpe’s certification for unspecified “fraud and abuse, false billing, or kickbacks.”

In addition, Sharpe has been sued at least five times:

Pro-life businessman purchases abortion clinic with sordid history

imageEarlier this month quack late-term abortionist Reginald Sharpe was forced to close his Women’s Advisory Center abortion clinic in Livonia, Michigan, when the building went into foreclosure – this on the heels of Sharpe filing for bankruptcy last October.

If the walls of this 32-yr-old building could talk, their tales would certainly horrify most listeners, since the structure has suffered a sordid array of abortionist owners. Up-front thanks to pro-life investigator Lynn Mills for her research on this post.

Pro-lifer files assault charges against abortionist

Pro-life activist Lynn Mills was sidewalk counseling February 9 at WomanCare of Livonia, in Livonia, Michigan, when late-term abortionist Theodore Roumell backed his car out of the parking lot, pulled up next to Lynn on the wrong side of the road, opened his door in an attempt to hit her – adding, “Excuse me,” with […]

No fines, penalties for 3 abortion mills that committed gross HIPAA violations

Recall former KS Attorney General and Johnson Co. State Attorney Phill Kline is still under investigation for requesting redacted abortion records to determine whether George Tiller and Planned Parenthood were violating late-term and minor abortion laws. But that’s how our side is treated. When it’s the other side grossly violating the privacy of aborting mothers, […]

Late-term abortionist Hodari faces divorce, liquidation, malpractice lawsuit, back taxes

UPDATE, 5p: Pro-lifer Lynn has found the Southgate abortion mills advertised online. Clicking on their names will take you to the real estate ad with both exterior and interior photos. Most interesting is they try to conceal the fact these are abortion mills. The waiting rooms are so sad, knowing what patients were waiting for. […]
