Broadway star regrets aborted fatherhood
I didn’t want the responsibility, I wanted the sex. And so the easy way out was abortion. That’s what I thought. Just pay $300 and the problem goes away….
I thought if you just wanted to have sex just do it, what’s the big deal?
I didn’t realize how important sex was – that people die from sex, that people are born from sex, that hearts are broken and kingdoms fall to the ground as the result of sexual immorality.
I didn’t know any of that – all I knew was what I wanted.
~Former Broadway star and post-abortive father David MacDonald, LifeSiteNews, May 17
Wow… finally some honesty about sex and abortion. God bless him.

David’s story is more proof that abortion hurts women but helps irresponsible men.

Jeanne – I do see your point but it’s often not the man’s choice. It wasn’t mine and I’ve met lots of men who just had to accept what they had no way of stopping and live with the pain.

Just another injustice of the law Roe vs Wade and Dade vs Cano … not only are lives lost on purpose, but the father of the child has no say regarding the child that is half his. When he wants to raise that child, any woman can decide that the child dies in the abortion, even if there is a viable way to have that child live and be taken care of.
Outside PP, I even had a young man begging for the woman to allow his child to live – and the mommy just went in to abort his baby anyway. He was crushed. so was their baby.
David MacDonald has real truth, succinctly stated in his words. So true and so sad.

Wow, that was a brutal testimony he posted.
Never heard of the guy.
Glad he’s active.

Emmett,
I’m very sorry for you and every man who has lost his child to abortion against his will. The reasons why abortion is evil and destructive are endless… Peace be with you.

There ARE (unfortunately) women who will have an abortion to get back at a boyfriend or husband for some perceived “wrong” (whether real or imagined). They figure “You hurt ME, now how can I hurt YOU? I know…I’ll abort YOUR child!” It’s a power-play.
No, I have no statistics to back up how often that happens, but it DOES happen.
