Pro-life news brief 11-20-12

- A Planned Parenthood abortion clinic in Pennsylvania has temporarily halted surgical abortions until they can comply with the state regulations for abortion clinics.
- Three pro-life student groups have been recognized at universities in Australia. For some oh-so-tolerant pro-choicers, this could be dangerous:
The National Union of Students opposes the group, and president Donherra Walmsley said she would be watching closely to see if the movement continued to expand.“Whether it will spread outside NSW is the next big question for us,” Ms Walmsley said.
“Students should be allowed freedom of expression, but our concern is, despite what they’ve said, these clubs do appear to be promoting an explicitly pro-life agenda.
Imagine that, a pro-life group promoting a pro-life agenda. The horror!
- Indian researchers are improving on their use of adult stem cells to treat type 2 diabetes:
Improvising upon its study in 2008, PGI which has tried 2 shots of stem cells has found that the rate of success increased from 70% to 80%. Out of 10 patients who were given the shots of .3 billion stem cells from their own body , 9 were off insulin completely.

Diabetes is an especially difficult disease to ‘cure’ using natural or pharmaceutical means. T.S. Whiley in her book ‘Lights Out’ takes a novel, preventative approach to this formidable problem.
Well, mine disappeared when I lost 160 lbs. It returned only when I gained some of it back. I’m hoping to do away with it again.
I realize not all Type II diabetes is weight-related though, so this does look promising.
I was on Cell therapy for a number of years. The efficacy of treatment was maximized by selection of what type of cells were used (not upper-amount), and a waiting-period of six months between injections (minimum) is used. I do not know if this waiting-period-time is used before repeats of stem cell therapy.

In related news, Donherra Walmsley was shocked to hear that the football team was caught playing a game of football.
JDC: “In related news, Donherra Walmsley was shocked to hear that the football team was caught playing a game of football.”
(I know this is unrelated to this story, but I couldn’t help myself)

“… and on the gridiron earlier today, there was a fight between the two teams, but officials were able to defuse the situation before a hockey game broke out.”

XD
One is left to wonder, though; are student assistance groups on that campus going to be disbanded for doing exactly what they say they do?
Heck, I bet the National Union Of Students even has students in it; will it soon find itself on the chopping block, having dared to fulfill its namesake?
On further reflection, this would also serve to explain why the so-called “pro-choice” mindset would meet no resistance in her …
Truly, the manifestations of the madness required to maintain a pro-abortion mentality know no limits and defy all reason, all the more reason why it is doomed to inevitable and absolute failure.
And, as usual, when the dust settles, we on the side of truth and life will rebuild what they have destroyed, because that’s what we do.

I have a strange feeling that this must be a partial quote or a quote taken out of context. It just doesn’t make any sense. As one who has nearly always been misquoted whenever I’ve talked to the press, I know how bone-headed reporters a nd editors can be.
