Wichita abortion/sex change clinic marks one year anniversary with death count

YcHk7.SlMa.80

South Wind Women’s Center, housed in the Wichita abortion clinic formerly operated by murdered late-term abortionist George Tiller, just marked its one-year anniversary by announcing how many babies it had killed since opening. An article strangely removed from the Wichita Eagle’s website (and from which all other news sources are quoting), but cached on the abortion mill’s website, shares the exciting news:

Vulgar abortion doctor: And they wonder why they get no respect

ChastineAfter reading Robin Marty’s piece in Think Progress the other day about abortion doctor Cheryl Chastine (pictured right), I thought I’d peruse some of Chastine’s tweets to see what she has been up to.

Chastine is on the cusp of sacrificing a promising career as a legitimate ob/gyn to to take abortionist George Tiller’s place at his retooled abortion clinic in Wichita.

I’ve loosely followed Chastine’s whereabouts since I took part in Pro-Life Action League’s first protest and “outing” of her at her former Oak Park, Illinois, practice last April.

I say “former” because the doctors at her day job let her go due to the public turmoil created by pro-life exposure of her circuit-riding job.

So I was scanning @DrJaneChi’s tweets and was struck first by the amount of time she seems to have on her hands, not a surprise since her abortion clinic’s business is apparently slow, but second by Chastine’s adolescent foul mouth.

Here’s a sampling. WARNING: Vulgarity. Click to enlarge…

Planned Parenthood abortionist not happy pro-lifers protesting at his private practice

1275590085Abortionist Emil Felski kills babies at the Planned Parenthood of Greater Orlando clinic.

But Felski also has his own private ob/gyn practice in Casselberry, Florida, where he also covertly commits abortions.

Pro-life activists often pray and protest at Felski’s office, to let his patients and the public know about his side job, and to encourage him to stop murdering babies.

On October 1, Felski was not happy when spotting two pro-lifers holding signs as he came to work (in what looks like a Corvette).

As the video below shows, Felski stopped his car on a 6-lane highway to first snap photos of the pro-lifers and then abscond with the “Repent Dr. Felski!” sign….

Clear Channel aborts Wichita clinic’s ad

The only details I know are coming from South Wind Women’s Center abortion clinic in Wichita, KansasClear Channel hasn’t responded to my request for comment.

But apparently, on or around July 3, the cable outlet stopped running South Wind’s ads – after a very short run. Hear the ad at the link below. Notice the A-word is never mentioned…

  • My Drop in the Ocean follows up on a previous post regarding the differing approaches of pro-life groups in their public prayer/demonstrations in front of abortion clinics. While some groups pray and practice peaceful outreach, others feel this is ineffective and that the response should be more aggressive since a murder is about to take place. These warring tactics have caused some pro-lifers to stay away completely.

Pro-life news brief 3-11-13

  • The National Day of Appreciation for Abortion Providers was March 10. From the various pro-choice sources I read, it seems like it was less celebrated than usual.
  • The Wichita Eagle interviewed one of the physicians who has signed up to provide abortions at the South Wind Women’s Center abortion clinic when it opens. South Wind is operating at the same location where George Tiller provided abortions in Wichita. The new physician says she’s never performed an elective abortion:

She has been a board-certified OB/GYN for about 10 years but has never performed elective abortions. The doctor says abortion is probably not a choice she would make for herself.

But she believes that women have the right to that option and she said she felt a calling to step up to provide that option. The doctor asked to not be named in this story…. The OB/GYN wants to remain anonymous for as long as she can.

Stanek weekend question: Your thoughts on the “right to privacy”?

imageI’m no constitutional scholar, but I’m told the “right to privacy” was invented to provide a foundation for the “right to abortion.”

But privacy appears to be a “right” only when convenient for liberals.

While the Left calls Bradley Manning a “hero” for releasing classified military information, and likewise calls Julian Assange, founder of Wikileaks, “a flawed-hero figure fearlessly committed to the freedom of information” – “flawed” only because two women with “questionable motivations” have accused him of rape, the Left draws the line when the right to abortion privacy is breached.

New owner: Tiller’s late-term abortion clinic has “very positive” vibe

I’m not going to be intimidated out of what I feel passionate about… We can’t let fear rule our lives…. This was a building that was full of love and compassion for women. To me, this feels like a very positive space. ~ Julie Burkhart, proprietor of the Kansas abortion clinic formerly operated by the […]
