Author of “Obama Nation” discusses Obama’s opposition to Born Alive on Hannity
I just posted on a book about to be released against Obama entitled, The case against Barack Obama.
But another similarly themed book has just come out, The Obama Nation. Its author, Dr. Jerome Corsi, of Swift Boat fame, was on Hannity & Colmes last night.
Go to 1:45 in the video below to see Corsi and Hannity briefly discuss Obama’s opposition to Born Alive. The last 20 seconds of the interview is also interesting. Corsi states Obama will lose his bid for the presidency, in part for his position on social issues.

I definitely agree….
You’re incredibly swift, Jill.
I’m voting for him BECAUSE of his position on social issues.
get ready to lose, Hal….
Ever thought of moving to Holland, Hal?
Seems like you would find it more compatible.
Keep in mind, ya’ll, the Catholic Kerry didn’t win the White House precisely because of social issues. It was the Values voter that had the final say.
I enjoy Holland very much. But the good ole USA is my home. (and I’m especially excited about the next 8 years)
Again, all this obsession with Obama, and nary a word about your side’s candidate, McCain. I guess if you don’t have anything positive to say, you don’t say anything at all. Fortunately, we on the Democratic side have lots of good things to say, and reasons to be excited about our guy.
I don’t envy you so-called “conservatives,” having to grit your teeth and vote for such a lame flip-flopper as McCain. He has changed his stated opinions on so many issues so many times now, that it is hard to know just who he is and what he really stands for.
Obama may not be perfect, but he is a ray of light after 8 years of darkness. He projects optimism, not pessimism, about this country and what its people are capable of, and for this reason he is the candidate of hope for the majority of Americans.
Compared to this you give us Grampy McSame, who argues on Sunday that he didn’t say the word “timetable” on Friday, when he is clearly captured on tape as having done so. Is he lying, or just senile? Either way, he has no business governing this country. Pardon me if I am not inspired, and evidently, neither are a lot of Republicans.
RSD, enjoy your blind optimism. It is about to be thoroughly trampled on.
ON a lighter note, is Obama too skinny to be president? (via Krugman)

Ray,
That’s a fun article. Don’t take this personally, but this gaff of Obama’s is pretty funny:
Sen. Obama drew cringes on a campaign stop in Adel, Iowa, in July 2007, when he asked a crowd of farmers: “Anybody gone into a Whole Foods lately and seen what they charge for arugula?” The upscale supermarket specializing in organic food doesn’t have a single store in Iowa.
(Oops!) I’ll bet if Obama gets elected, he’ll gain twenty pounds the first year – from all those State dinners he’ll be hosting and Planned Parenthood fundraisers he’ll be attending.
:)
Google “Jerome Corsi” and check the references including “Media Matters” with an extensive history of his racist and hateful posts against the Pope, the Catholic Church, muslims, etc.
Most of his posts are too obnoxious and disgusting to re-post here. He is a real prize.
PPC, Media Matters, a reliable source.
Thanks for the heads-up, PPC. Corsi is a true prince of a human being. Seriously everyone, especially the Catholics, please read this before you buy into anything this guy has to say:

Jill, the have a link to every quote. Are you saying Corsi didn’t say those things?
Good news is that Obama can’t be swift-boated. He knows how to respond and ends up looking better than ever.
Media Matters refers to factual transcripts and statements, Jill. You may not like what they have to say or the conclusions they draw, but quotes they cite are real.
Pro-lifers are the ones with BLIND optimism?
Sheeeesh!
You need to have a military of political past to be “swiftboated”
Obama has none of these, so, I guess I agree with you, Hal.

What is ‘a military of political past’?
I think everyone can take note that Obama is losing ground fast in the election polls. If the past is any indication of the future, then it
