Man “adopts” wife’s aborted children
by Kelli
Stan Musil of CA has signed papers to “adopt” and give his last name to wife Lisa’s 2 aborted children to help her heal from her post-abortion distress.
Fox News reports:
Musil, now 45, had her first abortion at 19 because she was too frightened to admit her pregnancy to anyone – including her then live-in boyfriend….
But terminating the pregnancy caused her so much pain that she tried to cover it with “drugs, alcohol, partying and a promiscuous lifestyle…”
That lifestyle led to her second pregnancy – and subsequent abortion – just before she was due to serve a jail sentence for a drunken driving conviction…
“The world tells me that it was only a blob of tissue, but my heart tells me otherwise,” Musil said. “The grief often times was more than I could bear.”
NightLite Christian Adoptions Exec. Dir. Rod Stoddart states:
… [I]t’s not possible from a legal standpoint, because there’s no birth certificate and no child living now to be adopted… but from an emotional standpoint, there’s no reason why we could not do an agreement between them where he would adopt those children and give them his name.
I feel it’s given them a lot of comfort. It’s something they’re in together now.
A memorial to be erected in Riverside, CA will include the names of Musil’s aborted children: Alicia Anne Musil and Vincent Matthew Musil.

“The world tells me that it was only a blob of tissue..”

hmmm…sounds familiar…but I can’t quite remember where I heard it…
Silly me…of course, it’s the pro-abort mantra!
and she continued:
“…but my heart tells me otherwise…”
What a loving and caring action on the part of a husband determined to help his wife heal.
Such a sad story, but Stan Musil is a good man. I hope that the two heal and learn to recover.
This touches my heart is such a beautiful way. I read it yesterday and was so moved by it. Thank you Stan for being a truly loving and caring husband and father! Thank you Lisa for sharing your story so others like me that have had an abortion can continue to walk together on the journey of recovery. May we continue to grieve with hope and reach out to others still in the darkness.
Your children’s names are beautiful and I pray for those that will come to this memorial. God bless!!
Good for them. I hope it gets some coverage
What a wonderful man to do this for his wife.
I can only hope this woman can heal from these abortions from so long ago.
