I hope that Joan, in 2011, finds much to be happy and joyous about. So many blessings. Let’s not waste it on negativism but on a positive outlook and a positive way to help others.
today, for example – I brought food to a young mother. She is the mother of a 6 year old and now a newborn. I made her dinner in her crock pot, fixed lunch for all of us, and played with her oldest son. She even got encouragement from me to breastfeed her youngest boy, and that worked out well. So tonight she will have a yummy dinner, with leftovers for another meal or two. And she was treated as a valuable, lovable young woman.
All many people need is love and encouragement. So let’s stay positive. She was very joyous, having experienced love from a friend.
That is what we all must do. Joyfully, simply, freely. It is what we are capable of and called to do.
