Four Wall Flight
Last week, contemporary Christian band Four Wall Flight released their self-titled, debut album.
Why is this significant?
Because Kelli, our own administrative assistant, is a founding member, songwriter, and vocalist with the group!
Not only that, the band’s drummer (and WordPress programmer) Gretchen has been doing upgrades and tweaks here for a while now.
Recorded in 8 days at a Nashville studio last year, the album features a variety of song styles, with honest themes like overcoming fear, feeling abandoned, and the mercy of God. One song in particular, “Clay,” was inspired by Mother Teresa and the spiritual battles she encountered. Another, “Everyday Angels,” was inspired by pro-life and world outreach ministries.
The band has even done all their own graphic, video, and website design. A multi-talented crew.

Very pretty!
It almost makes me want to like Christian pop.
(But don’t let my old fogey tastes in liturgical music discourage your young hearts…. keep up your passion and your art!)
Wow! The lyrics reveal an intimate insight into walking by faith and not by sight. Thank you!
I’m a Facebook fan, and following you on Twitter Kelli! :)
Thanks so much for your kind words, everyone! Much appreciated. :)
K – Beautiful singing, lyrics and nature backgrounds. You need to get this song played on Moody and Shine stations. Know of any inroads on how you can do so? LL :D
Thanks for the compliments and thanks to Jill for helping promote our new album. :)
Hey LL, thanks! :) We’re looking into that, but if you have ideas, we’d love to hear them!
